    There will be no Rapture!!!

Jesus went to heaven where He is preparing a place for us. That is where He is and to where He promised to take us. He did not promise to take us to where we are already. That would mean we are not being taken anywhere. Remind me never to go on a road rip with you. ;)

    There will be no Rapture!!!

Huh? That does not make sense. Jesus had not even left the earth in John 20:19. Try reading two verses prior for context, it's the same day as verse 19. Hadn't happened, still a future event. John 20:17 17 Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

That is a positional truth. You are not actually sitting in the heavens yet. This is the problem when people spiritualize everything and ignore the practicalities. If what you say were true, then you should also have a resurrection body and no more sin nature.

    There will be no Rapture!!!

You only need read the scriptures to see God's dealings with men are different in different times just as a parent deals differently with their children of different ages. Doesn't make the goal different (ie. to come to faith) but the message is conveyed differently to suit the times.

    There will be no Rapture!!!

John 14:1-3 14 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God[a]; believe also in me. 2 My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

I'm making assumptions that the boat did not fill with water so as to drown it's occupants in the same way it filled the earth and drown the rest of mankind? Hmmm, really? Was Noah removed from the site of the water or not? He was in the ark, not the water just as the Church will be in heaven...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

He did not endure the flood. There was no water in the Ark. You confuse God physically removing people out from the scene of conflict with keeping people spiritually safe within the scene of conflict. Apples and oranges. Noah was not within the water, Rahab was not within the fighting, Lot was...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

Since when does being in Christ prevent you from encountering tribulation? Did Noah and his family suffer in the ark? Did Rahab and those who joined her suffer in her home? Did Lot suffer when fleeing Sodom? Yet we have martyrs in the Great Tribulation. Revelation 7:14 I answered, “Sir, you...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

But He did remove them from the scene of destruction by placing them in the Ark. They were not in the midst of the flood. He also removed Rahab from the site of destruction by placing a "seal" (so to speak) on her abode and keeping her and her family out of the fighting as long as they remained...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

A lot of what we are discussing here is really beyond the topic of this thread. I appreciate the differences you are pointing out however I believe the differences are there for different reasons. Just as one example. I find it hard to believe that John would be writing to a synagogue of Jews...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

Not sure why you think Revelation is written to Israel, it is written to the Church unless you are thinking it was just for the Jews in the Church, which I find makes less sense as their is neither Jew nor Greek in the Church. I also don't understand why you think the apostles were not sealed...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

No I wasn't confusing you with others, I said that for the sake of others as you asked me to explain why I said what I said re broken fellowship. I do realise you know we cannot lose our salvation however I do disagree with you on some of the things you said in your post but I have a busy...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

I said only believers enter the Millennium. The Millennium lasts for a thousand years. There will be people born during this time. There is no guarantee all those born will turn out to be believers. Indeed, at least one very good reason to have a Millennium is to show, that even in perfect...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

I have no real idea of what you mean by "The resurrection is the epitome of rapture". The Rapture, as in 1Thess.4:17 rapture, is the Resurrection of the Church. They are the first rank of believers to be raised from the dead after Christ. Believers come in different classes and this is not...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

By whom or what are your works to be done? The Spirit or the flesh? Obviously the works of the Spirit are the works that please God and these cannot be performed if you are not in fellowship (on speaking terms, as we would say) with the Lord. There is also the issue of how can being spewed from...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

Being spewed out of Christ's mouth is about loss of fellowship, not about being made spiritually dead again. Christ promised those who believe in Him will never die. (Jn.11:26) As you noted, they are still believers even though they are walking after the flesh. If we apply 1Jn.1:9 and confess we...

    There will be no Rapture!!!

What do you think the rapture is? The rapture is the Resurrection of the Church. If you're raptured, the whole Church is resurrected. I can assure you, I do not have an immortal body .... yet. ;)

Do you sin? (rhetorical question) If yes, then you are not raptured.
