It's a simple yes or no question. Either he would have or he would not have. The reasoning is not important to me at this point.
In the future, when you quote my posts, will you please quote my entire post?
I asked a question you have yet to answer. If God doesn't intervene supernaturally, would Isaac have been born?
That Jesus was elected as God's Servant to proclaim and provide salvation is true. But this is not the extent of election spoken of in the Bible. Neither does it negate what I have...
Can I get an AMEN!
If someone can't in faith celebrate Christmas then they should refrain. But Christmas does afford a great opportunity for evangelism. Christian Christmas music is full of doctrine. I dare someone to listen to Come Thou Long Expected Jesus and not want to share Him with someone...
Worship is a matter of the heart. It should also be intentional. So if you are worshipping and celebrating the long expected Messiah and rejoicing that He indeed is come, that is what Christmas means to you, despite what others may be doing.
The difference between the 2 groups is the supernatural birth. Those who are created in Adam have natural births. Those created in Christ Jesus experience supernatural birth.
If God doesn't intervene supernaturally, would Isaac have been born? Why is this in the Bible? What is God teaching...
There are a few elders here. They are characterized by the fruit that is displayed through them and the understanding and wisdom that they share. If you met them in person, you would find them to be gentle and hospitable, and their children well-behaved and respectful.
You already spiritually apply scripture. You probably don't believe you are an actual sheep. Nor that Jesus is an actual lamb. So it's not as if @Aaron56 is doing anything differently than you do. You simply disagree on which passages to do so.
I just happen to agree with his understanding over...
I didn't insert it. @Aaron56 did. I merely expounded on it. Your view is simply a natural physical view. It doesn't take into account the way the Bible is actually written, or the spiritual nature of it.
You merely think that's what I was doing. All of Israel's problems stem from their disobedience and rejection of Messiah. You can separate this into categories if you like, but I don't.
Immortality is part of eternal life. Flesh and blood inheriting the kingdom is unclear. It can mean it's spiritual. But even if that's not the meaning, incorruption is put on. God can do that with both sinful and sinless flesh and blood.
