Hello, this is an interesting subject because, as Everything belongs to God Personally, for me, it means, "my"suffering is not mine. ( thats the deny yourself part, that I still struggle with ) Its His. Because everything belongs to God, even our struggles... I just have not quite grasped this...

there is a way in between 2 and 3 which you skipped, which, with reasonable people will work. it’s about asking why they did the mean thing to get to the bottom of their meannesses Now I stress the word “reasonable” because without this I tend to avoid those people. Some ppl like to pick fights...
