Got it. Alex Jones was sued and lost close to $1 billion dollars, but it isn't a crime. Because according to you there is no such thing as civil court, there is no such thing as lawsuits, no the arbitor of whether or not something is a crime is 911.
You fail to understand the difference between what a crime is verses taking someone to court to sue them
These are two total different things.
If slander where a crime such as murder, assault, or theft, then you could call 911 and the cops would go out and arrest the person that you claim slandered you.
In a civil lawsuit, you have to take your claim to court and very often those suing others claiming they ave been slandered lose their case because either they were not slandered, or their claims do not rise to the level of proving they were slandered.
If you spend some time studying the legal system you'll see the difference, or you can continue to fly off the handle not knowing what you are talking about. Which is why I challenge you to call 911 and report all those that disagree with you which you falsely claim is "slander"
Wow, I am biting my tongue to keep from telling you what this post has done to your credibility on this forum.
Of course those not in agreement with the reprobate among us have no credibility according to the reprobates.
Also can you really trust the ones who claim that slander is not a crime and that accusing someone of speaking slander is not equivalent to telling them to shut up? Tell that to Alex Jones.
That's a civil matter to be settled in a civil suit.
If it were a crime you could call 911 and have them arrested.
Have you ever tried to have someone arrested for "slandering" you?
You should try it. It'll be a great adventure and will provide comedy relief for your local LEOs
