He does this in 45 seconds and that is very generous because it doesn't include the time necessary to take the tools out of his bag, or the time necessary to put everything away because he'll need everything later when he puts it back together, nor the time necessary to try and put it in his bag even though it won't fit and if you did this while on a roof it would be much harder than standing by a work bench.

Yeah, there have been countless tv shows over the years where people do impossible things ... where they defeat all the professionals.
For example, some Russians hacked the Texas grid about 15 years ago because the IT DEI security had left the default passwords in the device.

I have good news and bad news.

1. The good news -- they are referring to emails, TPUSA documents and recordings allegedly of Erika and others. No one is officially denying the authenticity of these things, but at the moment they are still alleged to be true. The good news is in a trial they can prove one way or the other if they are in fact true.

2. The Bad news is that I am 15 minutes in and so far nothing has been presented as solid, confirmed evidence of a crime. The timing of these things is very important, and if the things are confirmed to be true it is highly likely they will also involve some criminality. But relatively minor misuse of funds.

This is an account of all the things going on that we have not yet covered in this thread. I had no idea that Elon Musk and Candace were going viral over these things (I had only seen the one video of hers that I posted and the one I summarized) and by "these things" I am referring to texts and emails from alleged whistleblowers.

"The Red Widow Files" are the way to search for this. Also "The Phoenix Files".

Personally I don't think that keeping silent is the correct response by Erika if these accusations and allegations are false. I can see how keeping silent initially could be because you don't want to give any extra air time to these things. But at this point with Candace and Elon going viral that is a foolish strategy and you have to come forward and debunk them. Unless of course they are true in which case the coverup is often worse than the crime and so in that case as a lawyer I would definitely advise you to keep quiet. If the allegations are true they could definitely sink the image of Erika and probably destroy her ability to be CEO of TPUSA, but other than that I am not sure if anything is criminal. I would also point out that Candace read an email allegedly from Erika saying that Phase 1 of the rebrand is "an emotional reset". Now if that is false I think Erika has a valid basis for a defamation lawsuit against Candace. Apparently the Meta Data ties the email to being created on a TPUSA computer inside their office, but not Erika's computer. So even if the email appears to be legit (eliminating the ability to sue Candace) it might have been created to frame Erika. Or the appearance of a possible frame job could be designed to muddy the water so that there is reasonable doubt.

27 minutes in they reveal that one analysis of the videos that were supposed to be of Erika weren't and were designed to frame her. They are now claiming that Erika has been ruined. I don't see that at all. Stand strong, prove that all of this was a frame job, find out who the culprit was, and then people will realize that if you are under this big of an attack it must be because you are over the target. Instead she is now the "victim". If there is no truth to any of this then there is no reason to be the victim. However, if she is not ready to be the CEO then that might be the only truth to all of this.

My own opinion about this is that Charlie's assassination was like Samson pushing out the pillars and what we are seeing is the entire temple to Dagon is collapsing around him (by him I mean TPUSA) and everyone in that temple is going down with it. At this point the DOJ needs to investigate al

The lesson I would take from this is you don't want to take over a ministry after the leader is assassinated, especially if you are the widow. At the very least be the widow for six months. If she had never stepped into the role of CEO they could not have attacked her. At this point we know some things are true, some are false, and no one knows the true story yet.

Even if that was not the case anybody with any level of intelligence could go walk the campus (it's open to the public) and easily find a vantage point from which to use to take a shot at someone.

This guy would also be able to sneak a rifle into the campus even though it would not fit in his backpack even if it were disassembled.

There are rifles of the caliber used that can easily be disassembled to fit in to a back pack.

He is able to shoot and kill Charlie with one bullet.

Any deer hunter worth his salt could have made that shot. No special training needed, just a little target practice

Prior to shooting he reassembles the rifle while on the roof, a process that takes at least 45 seconds. He is a little more than 100 yards from Charlie, a fit person can run that in 20 seconds and yet here he is for 45 seconds?

Once the shooter takes the shot, all he has to do is back away from the edge of the root and people on the ground can't see him

Lots of assumptions here, and not the correct ones. Learning and researching things does not equal "sitting around getting all worked up.". For those who take it too far, I agree it's a problem but it's also a separate issue. I had a very difficult time with this because you are right, is this simply gossip? The problem is we are discussing something, and people are alleging slander of Erika Kirk and I was confused. Who slandered her? But then when I found that video I felt that explained clearly why they would say that. Now if these people had less than a thousand views each I would agree to simply ignore this and move on. But this is Candace Owens and Elon Musk. I don't mean I like them, follow them, or trust them. But regardless of what you think of them you need to know what they are saying. I listen to Steve Bannon and he opens his show with a five minute cold open every day with MSNBC, Rachel Maddow and others. It is infuriating to those that watch his show but his point is you need to know what they are saying. You lose all credibility if you have no idea what they are saying but you are resolute on demanding that no one else listen to them. I would not at all be surprised if it turns out that Candace Owens and Elon Musk are a mouthpiece for some intelligence agency pushing their agenda. That doesn't mean they are lying nor does it mean that what they are saying is true or false. What it means is very powerful and influential people want this to be the story and that is what I want to know.

I also found it interesting that instead of simply debunking what they say, instead of doing an interview in which you respond to what they have said and give your side of the story or correct misinformation. No, what we get is a frame job. No one has denied what was said while at the same time it can be dismissed as a "frame job". If they deny it and that is in turn a lie, that would be very damaging in a trial, but instead we get this manufactured stuff which can now be dismissed without ever actually addressing the issues.

Now let's address the whole issue with Charlie coming back from the dead. First, I posted an old interview between Charlie and Candace talking about how the ministry was like being in a foxhole being shot at with machine guns and mortars while people you trusted are running away. So no, Charlie would see what is going on as par for the course. Second, Charlie was famous for his "prove me wrong" banner. He never dodged a question, he never tried to avoid or ignore a question. So yes, he would be shocked and disappointed that so soon after his death Erika is dodging and ignoring questions despite being the new CEO of TPUSA. These questions are being directed at TPUSA, the only reason she needs to answer them is because she is the CEO.

So my question is this, if Bill Belichik were to weigh in don't you think he would tell Erika to "do your job"?

Finally people have a right to question this assassination and all of these things coming out about financial irregularities and I am disgusted with the response of "how terrible that you are saying these things about Erika". I don't buy it. These are valid questions, if she can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen and let someone else take over.

This. I cannot imagine being so devoid of empathy that a person cannot and will not comprehend this aspect. I cannot imagine such a lust for gossip that a person can't understand how this effects and destroys everyone within Charlie Kirk's circle.

Anyone who had serious evidence to suggest his friends and wife were all in on it would be taking it to the authorities. Taking accusations and speculation without evidence to a podcast/media platforms for personal gain is absolutely disgusting.
