There are Christians, who does not consider themselves of Ephraimite-Israelites, scattered among the Gentiles, and to them the extent of the Law of Acts 15:20 (one verse) seems to apply (prohibition against blasphemy, theft, coveting and bearing false witness is not even mentioned). To the Christians that consider themselves to be of Ephraimite-Israelites, scattered among the Gentiles, the same Law applies, as that which applies forever to the Israelites, ie. Christ Yeshua, and his twelve apostles, as well as the Judahite-Israelites among the Jews, ie. the
613 mitzvot , of which the nexus is God's 10 commandments, of love for God and fellow man as self, of Exodus 20 or Deuteronomy 5.
Acts 15 (ESV)
16 "'After this I will return, and I will rebuild the tent of David that has fallen; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will restore it,
17 that the remnant of mankind may seek the Lord, and all the Gentiles who are called by my name, says the Lord, who makes these things
18 known from of old.'
19 Therefore my judgment is that we should not trouble those of the Gentiles who turn to God,
20 but should write to them to
abstain from the things polluted by idols, and from sexual immorality, and from what has been strangled, and from blood.
21 For from ancient generations Moses has had in every city those who proclaim him, for he is read every Sabbath in the synagogues."
God and his will is eternal, the same in 1000 BC as in 2020 AC, and the same into eternity.
We strive to come closer to the will of God, in walking the way Christ Yeshua walked, and showed us.
