Found this on Google. No mention that the letter 'u' represents 5 or has any value whatsoever.

If you think you getting away from judgement just because you change the word from kill to self defense you are extremely mistaken and this is an error. You still are killing someone. Love them that persecute you turn your cheek. Don’t repay evil with evil, overcome evil with love just like Jesus.

I was just making the point that the numerical diagram you provided was inaccurate in its total. The bible is full of numbers and patterns of numbers, no question at all about that. Go in peace brother.

Why did Cain kill abel, well he didnt have abels righteousness.
Dig a bit deeper into why God gave this law. Why did Jesus not kill anyone during his time on earth? He could have easily done so. He could have sent the fire or called down fire from heaven right then and smitten all the unbelievers.
Paul said of those who preached Christ out of contention and those out of love...everyway, whether in pretence or in truth Christ is preached. Check out Phillipians. Also remember nobody can kill Jesus, they tried to once but that didnt work lol. And nobody can kill a christian that has eternal life either.
For the adverrsary, Jesus represents hell and perdition, but for the believer, he's salvation.

Seems you would never lift a hand to defend yourself, your wife, your daughter, nor any other person if their life was threatened by an evil person.
That is very sad.

I guess the Book of Ester, where the Jews took up the sword in self defense means nothing. Along with the heroine Jael who drove a tent peg through the head of Sisera to save her countrymen.
The Bible is full of self defense and the defense of the weak and defenseless. Such as this fine gem. Psalm 82:4 “Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
When Lot and his people were captured, Abram had no problem rescuing him with force (Genesis 14:13-16)
I recommend reading your Bible. Study it and learn it.
