But we know that during the Tribulation Israel will accept Jesus so like I said Joel is about the Last Days.
You mean after the tribulation. Joel' s outpouring of the spirit, what Peter quotet, is after the tribulation. At beginning of Millennium. In this time Israel is living in peace.

It's your last days, sir. Not ours.
8 “But both man and beast must be covered with sackcloth; and let men call on God earnestly that each may turn from his wicked way and from the violence which is in his hands.

Technically speaking, last days is a reference towards the final generation just before tribulation.

Still not the time which Joel talkes about.
Since old men dreaming and young men seeing visions is not recorded in the Bible when do you think those last days happen?

They have to be happening soon.

Scripture indicates to me the last days began when Jesus made His sacrifice, or perhaps Pentecost, and opened a new time of relationship with the Father?

Amen!

I believe it is a period of time from as you have indicated but the last days for me is from then until the Church is removed.

Jesus began the Church period but it ends when the Church is removed. Paul called it the fulfillment of the Gentiles.
