Karlon, sometimes if you can see it from your parents perspective it's easier to forgive them abusive parents are often abused children themselves.

when i became a born again Christian in 1993, forgiveness was the 1st thing i thought of & i forgave them immediately, didn't even have to try. because i mention my parents often, people will naturally think i'm not in forgiveness. but a lot of these posts lately fit speaking of my parents. thanks for your Christian recommendation Daisy2. dad had a lousy father, an abuser & drunkard.
