If Jesus in his time saw the same scenario as Noah.
MATTHEW 24:38-39
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Who will believe that in the New Testament Jesus saw the same scenario in the garden of Eden when Eve ate the forbidden fruit?
The scenario in the Old Testament, there is Garden of Eden where the 3 kinds of trees planted by God the Father.
Namely:
Tree #1: PLEASANT TO THE SIGHT AND GOOD FOR FOOD.
Tree #1: TREE OF LIFE
Tree #3: TREE OF KNOWLEDGE OF GOOD AND EVIL.
That is confusing. You quote Jesus saying that His Second Coming will be like the Flood of Noah's time. Then you suddenly move back to Creation and the Garden of Eden.

Jesus in his 2nd role as Son of the Living God, in his time he saw the same scenario (Spiritual scenario) as in Old Testament.
Because he believed what God the father said;
ECCLESIASTES 1:9
9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

That is confusing. You quote Jesus saying that His Second Coming will be like the Flood of Noah's time. Then you suddenly move back to Creation and the Garden of Eden.

Because what happened in the time of Noah is not just a story telling.
It is a parable story of God.

When Jesus met the Jews he saw that the Jews have the same characters (spiritual characters) as the people in the times of Noah. People are eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. They are not literal physical in meaning but spiritual.
Then Jesus as the truth (John 14:6) serves as the flood to them.

Perhaps we can make another thread for that topic.

Let us focus with this topic on this thread.

No, it is neither just a story nor a parable. The Flood of Noah's time actually happened.

There are some questionable scenarios if it happened literal physical.

Like the flood. Where does that flood came from as we know in science whatever comes up should go down. The volume of the rains depending on the volume water come from the sea that evaporated. Then where does the flood goes? Today all flood in our community is going to the sea. But by that time the entire world was a sea.

Also the ark of Noah. Try to find the measurement or the size written in the bible. I think the size is just like a regular basketball court.
The size of the ark is not enough to fill all those animals including their foods and drinks.
I think for a pair of Elephant, the male Elephant drinks 1 drum of water a day. The female Elephant drinks half drum of water a day.
Therefore they need 450 drums of water for 10 months. Considering there was no drums by that time, where did they place that volume of water just for the pair of Elephant alone?
Also, the volume of foods and drinks of Noah & family should last for 10 months. Where did they get that volume of food and how do they preserve their foods and drinks within 10 months?
GENESIS 8:5
5 And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen.

Or perhaps we will open another thread for that.

PLEASE do some homework and don't rely on your assumptions.

Genesis 6:14-15 Make for yourself an ark of gopher wood; you shall make the ark with compartments, and cover it inside and out with pitch. 15 This is how you shall make it: the length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.

A cubit is something between 18 and 21 inches, so the ark was something around 450-525 feet long. That's a lot bigger than a basketball court.

Here's a Christian website with masses of information on the ark and other Bible-related issues:

The bible tells us where the water came from. Above - ""The windows of heaven were opened," and below - "the fountains of the great deep were broken up."

As for the size of the ark, it was huge. And remember, there only needed to be room for one species of each animal, so not a pair of Alsatians, a pair of poodles, a pair of dalmatians, just one pair of dogs. As for food and water, it is possible that the animals could have been put into hibernation by God. The point is that the bible makes it abundantly clear that everything wal killed by the flood, except for those on the ark with Noah:

“21 ¶ And all flesh died that moved on the earth: birds and cattle and beasts and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, and every man. 22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit of life, all that was]on the dry land, died. 23 So He destroyed all living things which were on the face of the ground: both man and cattle, creeping thing and bird of the air. They were destroyed from the earth. Only Noah and those who were with him in the ark remained alive.” (Ge 7:21-23 NKJV)

I agree. Unfortunately, your link to Answers in Genesis brings up:
"What President Trump Got Right and Wrong About “Being Good”"

I found this Answers in Genesis page about the size of the ark, and how all the animals fitted in: https://answersingenesis.org/noahs-ark/how-could-all-animals-fit-ark/

I think by the name of the tree itself you can have the idea what type of fruit is this.

Yeah, the ruling principle was that plants bore seeds according to their kind and likeness.

This was spoken on the third day:

“Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so."

Maybe my computation on the size of the Ark is wrong.
Admitting my computation's wrong is just fine.
But it doesn't mean that it is completely reasonable that it happened literal physical.

Considering by that time there was no technology.
How do day carry and preserve the food and drinks like the pair of Elephant water to drink which is 450 drums for 10 months?

How many kinds of Animals do we have right now plus those animals which are no longer existing like the Dinosaurs.
It means this animals were carried in the Ark of Noah that is why they existed.
Even the Ark is huge I don't think the space is enough

I know it is hard to believe that it did not happen literal physical.

Anyway, we can open a thread about it and we will focus on this thread topic.

Again, do your homework and stop relying on your assumptions. On this matter your views are no better than those of an atheist.

How do you expect me to listen to a man who is not even identify who God the Father is.
Not knowing God the Father automatically not known the real Jesus (John 8:19)
Not Knowing the real Jesus recognized by the Apostles is a spiritual blind (John 9:41)
Spiritual blind people are very dangerous.
MATTHEW 15:14
14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Your basis of salvation is not committing a mistake.

Committing mistakes is just a normal (specially when it comes in spiritual things) as long as you admit it. When you admit the mistakes is a symbol of humbleness.
By having mistakes in computing the size of Noah's ark has nothing to do with salvation.
It doesn't mean that your computation is correct you are automatically saved.
Because this is what Lord Jesus said.
ROMANS 3:10-12
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

With your kind of attitude, you don't believe what Lord Jesus said in Romans 3:10-12.

Anyway, I don't blame you why you consider yourself is in the right path. Because your recognition to Jesus is not a revelation from God that is why your spiritual eyes still can't see because they did not heal by Lord Jesus (John 9:41).

Again, do your homework and stop relying on your assumptions. On this matter your views are no better than those of an atheist.

You are being exposed by Lord Jesus already.

You are here not to seek the truth, but to criticize visitors comment when your belief is a contradiction on what they share.

How can you make such judgments abut other people (In this case Dino246) on this forum? How do you know that he doesn't know Who God the Father is?

God the Father instructed his chosen to make a test.
1 JOHN 4:1
4 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Then Dino246 failed the test.

Let me know if you want to try it, so you can see for yourself.
To take 1 John 4:1 as a mandate for you to have the right to judge your fellow forum members in such a way is just plain wrong. John is telling the Christians he is writing to to test the prophets/teachers they heard, to see whether they are truly of God. The verse says nothing about publicly judging the false teachers. It wasn't a test that the teacher/prophet had to take, and either pass or fail. Rather, the Christians were to compare what the prophet/teacher said with God's word.

I'm not judging anyone here.
The test is not come from me it come from Lord Jesus. I don't have the authority to judge.

But Lord Jesus revealed who failed the test and that is the truth. I'm not judging Dino246.
I'm sharing what Lord Jesus revealed so other readers would be aware what is happening.

You may read Matthew chapter 23 how Jesus exposed Scribes & Pharisees then tell me if that is a Jesus judging or Jesus is telling the truth?
