Romans 8 v 5-9Those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh; but those who live according to the Spirit set their minds on the things of the Spirit. Someone who is unsaved but who preaches and quotes Scripture is just that. There's no need to throw shade.
Who is claiming that grace is a licence to sin? If no one is, then why do you bring it up? There is no condemnation to those in Christ Jesus, at least not from God. Unfortunately some of God's people are less gracious than God.
Decades ago, I knew a young believer who thought that God had given him a gift of telling people their faults. I did not know what I know now, so, I let it slide. After some weeks, he and his girlfriend apologised to the small fellowship we attended. He confessed that they were sleeping together. His attitude was a cover up for his wrongdoing. It was a gutsy confession to make and his critical attitude changed.
I wonder about Christians who are always looking to condemn believers. I wonder how they stack up before God. The Pharisee boasted about his righteousness. The tax collector said, "God, be merciful to me, a sinner". God rejects the Pharisee and forgave the tax collector.
You can be kind and gracious as you preach, or you can be an abrasive jackdonkey. I recommend the former.Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.

Sin matters that's why we need God's blood for redemption. Others view it as cannibalism because they think they're not blind, so the sin remained in them.
Often I think we have different definitions for terms here like “ born again “ if two people understand that term to mean different things , it would be hard to ever agree . We see things through our own lens often but let’s examine what the Bible says about being “ born again “ there’s only a couple references in scripture particularly saying “ born again “ bit the concept of dying with and being raised up again to a new life having a new heart and spirit new identity as a child of God . So the concept of being “. Born again “ permeates the epistles.

We have to be born in Christ, that’s what it is to be born again . I’m not speaking of baptism but the whole concept throughout the nt like this is part of the transformation

Hearing and believing the gospel changes how we think about God , about ourselves bout the relationship he made us to have with him about life in this te portal world and life beyond it bout the worlds future to come and eternity when it’s passed away ect
arhat renewing of our mind that comes through hearing Jesus speak to us in the gospel aboit all those things and then accepting the doctrine the apostles taught us like repentance , baptism , growing in grace and knowledge of the lord into obedience becoming followers of Jesus rather then rebellious sinners who use him as a scapegoat and reason we can keep sinning
it’s all about the things Jesus taught in the gospel. It’s important people learn a good place to start is the sermon on the Mount or any of his many recorded sermons and teachings in the gospel or in the kingdom parables also filled with wisdom and truth from the lord
Part of what makes us new is to listen to Jesus word accepting it as the word of God this renews our mind and shapes out thinking about things to his kind and thoughts about things his judgements in other words .

what I’m getting at is in the gospel Jesus teaches believers how to deal with our sin . There’s lots of doctrine about it the apostles also teach the same things think how there things spoken by the eternal judge of mankind mean for the sin problems we face in life when we realize we’re not perfect yet .

Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom. The gospel is really centered on mercy but it also doesn’t neglect obedience or condone sinful living but truly there’s lots of doctrine about what to do when we realized we have sinned.
“For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: but if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”

Gods word is meant to change how we think about things and guide us to lasting life if we believe and follow after with a true heart . He already knows we’re gonna struggle and fail at times , he’s made a way for us imperfect sinners to be able to have a perfect life within us by the spirit of Christ . Our part is to listen to his word and take it as the truth and learn from him it’s the way
Your comments is not wrong and pay attention particularly to how a sinners receive Jesus. The Word given by God has to have effect on that person heart. No one and none choose God first. God love us first. This is what Jesus have to say:
