Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Cor ch 3 v 17). If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ (Rom 8 v 9b). The world cannot receive the Spirit of truth, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him (from John 14 v 17). Those not in Christ are not free (see Heb 2 v 15). Praise God if He has rescued you from the dominion of darkness! (see Col 1 v 13)

John3-3-John1-13-James1-18-Romans8-9b1-Peter2-9.png

John 3 verse 3, John 1 verse 13, James 1 verse 18, Romans 8 verse 9b, 1 Peter 2 verse 9 ~ Jesus replied, “Truly, truly, I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.” Born not of blood, nor of the desire or will of man, but born of God. He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we would be a kind of firstfruits of His creation. If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ. You are chosen to proclaim the virtues of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. My soul will exult in my God, for He has clothed me with garments of salvation, and wrapped me in a robe of righteousness. Plus Isaiah 61 verse 10

1-Peter1-23plus1-John5-4s.png

1 Peter ch 1 v 23 plus 1 John ch 5 v 4 ~ For you have been born again, not of perishable seed but of imperishable, through the living and abiding word of God. For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.

Those who sin without remorse, conviction, or change have no relationship with Christ
It’s strange how “ righteous folks reject his word , but sinners flock to hear him . Ever notice that ?

“Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him. And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭15:1-2‬ ‭KJV‬‬

they were sinners also but they didn’t acknowledge it they could only see those “dirty unacceptable sinners “ flaws and reasons why they didn’t belong .

The gospel can’t help someone who doesn’t acknowledge thier sins, but saves those who do

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭1:8-10‬ ‭

It’s hard to call the righteous folks to repentance because usually they are too busy judging the others for sin to see thier own or take time to examine for it and acknowledge it

sadly they’ve missed the judges judgement

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven: give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall be given into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6:36-38‬ ‭KJV‬‬

1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

1 Jn 3:4 Sin is a transgression of the Law:

True, all have broken God's law. No one can say he's free from sin's declared price (death). Until some means is provided (not to take way the law) but to remove the sin, which is the transgression of the law.

Faith placed in Jesus sin payment & resurrection takes away/removes the believers sins. Once sins have been removed, there remains no transgression.

You are a true gem.
Surely focused on grace!
God bless.

If I didn’t focus on the grace and forgivness jesus preached in the gospel … I’d never make it. Too many times I’ve sinned and fallen short seven decades under the belt.

This doesn’t mean I have permission to act sinful of course I press towards the perfect goal but I’ve failed many times so m left with the judgements of Jesus in the everlasting gospel “ forgive and you will be forgiven , don’t judge others and you won’t be judged , be merciful and you’ll receive mercy , don’t condemn and you won’t be condemned ect

It’s pretty reassuring to listen to his sermons

If you're not born again - you could be into "Social Gospel"

It's a God without wrath brought men without sin into a kingdom without judgement through the ministrations or the work of a Christ without a cross, a church without God's blood and without the Holy Spirit.

That's the "Social Gospel" in a nutshell.

1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Here are the verses about the faithful remnant of Israel that will enter the earthly kingdom that Nicodemus should have known;

Eze 36:24 For I will take you from among the heathen, and gather you out of all countries, and will bring you into your own land.
Eze 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.
Eze 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Eze 36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

John was writing to those believing of Israel that were waiting for the nation to receive the kingdom.

1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

The ones who OBEY HIS WORD.

How to be reborn,
Believe, Repent, get Baptized in JESUS name for remission of sins and pray for JESUS to fill you with HIS spirit like HE did HIS disciples in . John 3:5, Acts 2:38.

JESUS speaking.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

What happens when you are filled with the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Peter confirming, what happens when you are filled with the Holy Ghost
Acts 2:33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

The first message JESUS promised to be preached.
Acts 2,
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

JESUS speaking.
Mark 16,
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Wasn't the kingdom taken from them?...Matthew 21:43.

Wasn't the kingdom taken from them?...Matthew 21:43.

There are many promises of the kingdom for Israel in the Old Testament for Israel that have not yet been fulfilled. In Revelation one gets the idea that the faithful remnant of Israel that has been supernaturally protected for 3 1/2 years during the tribulation will receive Jesus and his kingdom.

The kingdom had to be offered to Israel the first time. The second time will be under circumstances that are extremely persuasive.

Nope. The kingdom of God was established for the Jews under the old covenant. God's presence was with them. When Jerusalem fell and the temple was destroyed, God's presence left. It is now found within individual believers under the new covenant. Read Romans 11:23. Jews can be grafted back in, but not under the old covenant, but the new.

No it wasn't. It was the kingdom of Israel. They rejected being ruled by God and wanted an earthly king. John proclaimed the coming Christ and Jesus proclaimed the kingdom of God.

Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, Mark 1:14
The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it. Luke 16:16

The kingdom of God exists wherever the rule of God is being recognized and obeyed. In the OT, that was largely within the nation Israel. Today, it resides in the hearts and lives of Christians.

If you're not born again, and you preached and quoted scriptures, what're you?

Regenerated, made alive in Christ.

Incorrect, biblically they're a regenerated bastard.

Unsaved Christian who thinks they're saved.
