Presentation isn't my speciality but my salmon with a side of rice was tasty last night!
What's the yellow stuff in the center?
No a lemon. I tried to give the fish some flavor alongside the onion and garlic.Egg yolk?
Yummy!!!Soooo, I'm about to make some Thai chicken. *drools*
This is a forum where you post what you're cooking/eating! Take pictures of your food and post it!
Once the chicken is done thawing, I will definitely be posting pictures!
But, here's a picture of pineapple chicken I made:

Ooo I want chili but I don’t want to take the time to make it! LOLBeen living off of a chili for two weeks. It's cheap and healthy.
Got to find a way to save $. It costs about $2-3 a meal, plus it's fun to make.
I feel like a gourmet chef when making it, but it's chili.

Thank you so much! I will definitely try that sounds yummy!!I will share my secret recipe for making chili in 60 minutes. Once I share it though, it won't be much of a secret.
kinda's budget lockdown chili
1/2 cup of black beans dried
1/2 cup of red kidney beans dried
4 and 1/2 cups of water in the Instapot (set for beans) for 30 minutes.
Drain and put beans and 1 and 1/2 cups of water in instapot.
Add to instapot:
Shredded carrots (you can find this in the produce section),
frozen corn,
half a container Pace medium spicey salsa,
large can of shredded tomatoes with added seasoning
a bunch of chilli powder and a few dashes of Cayenne pepper
a little bit of olive oil
Some salt and pepper
Stir it up
Set the instapot for 12 minutes on the bean setting again.
After it's done cooking add a little extra chilli powder and Cayenne pepper to get the taste right for you.
*If you want a little zest, try adding Tumeric also.
Try it, let me know what you think. Easily do this in 1 hour. About five servings.

Cooking Thai Chicken in the slow cooker today.
I love to cook and don't really enjoy slow cookers because it takes the fun out of cooking for me. But, today is a day of cleaning and I don't have time! Plus, this is a gift to me - therefore, I wanted to try it out
