Why would I want anyone other than God ordering my steps. Do you want someone else ordering your steps? Do you think it would have been a good idea for Israelites to go their own way when the pillar of fire was still?
Because someone stated that there is no negotiation with God.
But there are clearly negotiations taking place in the scripture.
We cannot generalize one way or the other.
Calvinism states that everything is pre-determined from eternity.
Heaven is populated by a number that no man can number. Why do you believe that to be a small number? How high can you count?

Calvinism states all steps were predetermined.
Your not going to insert your will, your steps, into the eternal equation.

Lot was rescued from Sodom and then the entire city was destroyed.
God could not destroy the city with a righteous man in situ.
No, it is just to help you with another misconception. That there will be few in heaven is contrary to the teaching of scripture.
Israel destroyed cities and executed all the inhabitants including toddlers and babies.
Even the cattle and crops were destroyed.
A few in proportion to the vast majority.
Many are called but few are chosen!

Yes Abraham won the negotiation, then God removed Lot and his family from that city and destroyed it.
Its called a rhetorical question. Or a tag question. If you can't interpret that why would I listen to any of your other interpretations? ( another rhetorical question)
If you believe few are chosen means they alone get saved then you are a Calvinist.
