Indeed:
For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. 25 I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. 26
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. 28 Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God Ezekiel26:24-28
Same as the new covenant:
This is the covenant I will make with them
after that time, says the Lord.
I will put my laws in their hearts,
and I will write them on their minds.”[

Amen
“Behold,
it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,
your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom. Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy them all.
And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.
But
ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.
Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not. And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name: that he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.
For,
behold, I create new heavens and a new earth:
and
the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for,
behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.”
Isaiah 65:6-9, 11-12, 15-18 KJV
Same as the New Testament
“But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which
the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat,
the earth also and the works that are therein
shall be burned up.
…. Nevertheless
we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
2 Peter 3:10, 13 KJV
Sort of what I had been saying his promises to israel were here after they broke tbier covenant
“For as
the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD,
so shall your seed and your name remain.”
Isaiah 66:22 KJV
he wasn’t saying “ I’m going to restore your desolate and defiles land on this earth restoring the old covenant that you broke. “
He was saying “ I’m going to make a new covenant NOT according to the covenant I made with Israel’s fathers from Sinai when I led them out of Egypt which cofenant they broke though I
was a husband to them “
This is the old covenant written by Moses and given to the children of Israel
“And if any mischief follow, then
thou shalt give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe.”
Exodus 21:23-25 KJV
“And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him;
breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again.”
Leviticus 24:19-20 KJV
“And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.”
Deuteronomy 19:21 KJV
thats the law of the land of Israel according to the le of Moses which is the law of thier land
thats not the new covenant the new covenant is quite contrary to the old we have to go hear what Jesus said to get that new heart and to receive his spirit and learn his judgements and laws . If we tie it back to what Moses said our heart can’t change but look at the contrary nature even as Jesus teaches israel showing them the old and then teaching then the Grace and truth of God
“
Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: ( he’s quoting the law to them ) but I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.”( now he’s taught them opposite )
Matthew 5:38-39 KJV
“ Show no pity “ take an eye for an eye blemish for blemish life for life “
V be merciful don’t take revenge but instead forgive and don’t retaliate and take eye for eye and tooth for tooth “
Another example old covenant law of marriage for Israel’s children and thier inheritance which they received with a law
“When a man hath taken a wife, and married her, and it come to pass that
she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. And when she is departed out of his house,
she may go and be another man's wife.”
Deuteronomy 24:1-2 KJV
V the new word the kingdom of God
“They say unto him,
Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives:( thier hard hearts was shaping the law ) but from the beginning it was not so.
( nt law of marriage ) And
I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.”
Matthew 19:7-9 KJV
You are free to divorce and remarry for any reason you find V you may only divorce for the cause of fornication and not marry again.
Jesus is literally saying this would be adultery
“she find no favour in his eyes, because he hath found some uncleanness in her: then let him write her a bill of divorcement, and give it in her hand, and send her out of his house. And when she is departed out of his house,
she may go and be another man's wife.”
v
Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery.”
It’s tricky to see but all the promises are in the nt the old is. Ot going to be remembered the old earth the old covenant the old land he has something eay better for his people no matter who’s descendants they were by the flesh but those who are of the faith of Abraham .
“And I saw
a new heaven and a new earth: for
the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; (2 peter3) and there was no more sea.
And I John saw
the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. ( this is when Israel will be restored not isreal by the flesh but by the spirit of Christ )
And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying,
Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and
there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
And he that sat upon the throne said,
Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”
Revelation 21:1-5 KJV
