EG....when I don’t trust God in a situation...which I’m in at the moment..I’ve been going my own way....I should hand it over to him and ask him to help me trust him in that area....is that right?
yes. But also seek guidance and if someone gives you guidance back what they say with the word.

When I also trust God in a situation...it’s wonderfull..because not only am I walking in obedience...I come alive in the Lord....when I go my own way....I lose that aliveness......it’s a wonderful walk of learning and getting closer to God.

She does not like to have her errors pointed out, though she is constantly about pretending to point out the errors of others.

DorothyMae...even has the nerve to say she has more understanding of the bible...because she studies it more...that’s what she told me on my thread...insinuating that I know nothing...she also said the flesh would be to hard for me to understand..

Even the infamous atheist/anti-theist Richard Dawkins thought non-believers should read the Bible, having claimed: "A native speaker of English who has never read a word of the King James Bible is verging on the barbarian." source

But they don’t. It’s like the guys calling Jesus a drunkard. Doesn’t make it so cause you or they claimed to see it. And I bet you cannot offer a single piece of evidence. Not one.

“Blessed are you when men speak evil of you falsely.” I know what that verse means.
So your belief is you are capable of seeing the truth of people's character here, but those you disagree with are incapable of likewise seeing any truth of your character? That's more evidence of your hypocritical double standard and you vaunting yourself above others. I am sure many here know what that verse means, and it applies equally to them regardless of your pretenses to the contrary.

Notice you do indeed refer to Matthew 25 which you here deny you did while insulting me. Difficult to discuss with someone who refers to Matthew 25 then insists they didn’t.
The conversation goes back to our discussion of whom Jesus knows, and what that specifically means (as I explained multiple times), which is from Matthew 7, as given below, despite your denials of that verifiable fact.

21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’ 23 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’"

Were we also discussing Matthew 25? So what? That is not what I was talking about, but in your haste to project your misunderstanding onto me you once again show us your character.

If we were to have a contest, I could present OSAS in so unbiased a manner you’d think I believe it. It’s fairly simplistic. But I bet not a single one of you could present my view as I believe it. It’s fairly complex, I admit.
And therein lies the crux of your problem. You can’t see the forest through the trees. The simplicity of Jesus Christ is divinely beautiful, for it is having faith like a child which affords us the Kingdom of Heaven. Your complex theories on the other hand...

Ah, I do. I know my position well and I know your position well.

Your view is that your understanding of Scripture is superior to that of those whom you oppose. It is plain as day

Her arrogance has no bounds.
Trollish behavior deliberately tries to provoke others .

Proverbs 12:22 The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.

Proverbs 13:5 The righteous hate what is false, but the wicked make themselves a stench and bring shame on themselves.

Move on a be sure to use your OSAS cane to guide you in your blindness.

The scriptures are no longer a light unto your path when you ignore them with the guise of “context”.

So you think that quoting Scripture -- or a small, select part of Scripture -- should not be in context? Seriously? Pulling anything you want out of the Bible to prove a point is valid exegesis?

Sorry but your point is in serious error.
