What I am talking about is what God intends the NORM to be for Christians, not super duper Christians who do not exist.

Like when my daughter had a piano recital.

Did she play like a person that had been playing for decades? No.

Would I have been more proud of her if she had? No, I could not possibly have been more proud.

If you walk according to what you have attained, God is pleased, whether you are a new Christian that makes alot of mistakes or a mature Christian that makes few.

I was proud of my 1 year old granddaughter when she took her first steps, even though she was not running like a marathon racer and even though she fell down a few times. But she was walking according to what she had attained, and I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROUD if she had busted out in a full ballet routine at 1 years old.

You don't even try to understand what people are saying, at least not me

So your saying you believe the prodigal was a son, stopped being a son (lost salvation) then was restored?Just asking for confirmation, again, if the son died in a prodigal state, would he have been his fathers son, or cast out to eternal darkness?

Im just being honest, there is a band of them that are very immature in the faith, you mentioned two of them. We have seen one of them does not even know the basis of the new covenant he just thinks it was written to Jews who wanted an inferior way. It would be funny if it were not so sad.
Christ and the Apostles all warned believers of the perils of misconduct, but these people cry judaisers, Pharisees, you are preaching works of the law if you mention the same. They are only interested it seems in a message of justification by faith not works, one can only wonder why. If it gets too much for you, christianforums.com is somewhere you could try. Such immaturity I have not found on there

It is not my altar.....get that fact straight......and it has nothing to do with any back ground...are you seriously that dense man?

The gospel is clear......and the words eternal and everlasting are clear.........your hypothetical's make no sense pal.....

He that believes on the SON is NOT CONDEMNED is clear
He that believes on the SON is having EVERLASTING LIFE is clear

You do understand the difference between EVERLASTING and TEMPORARY right...?

I am stating publically that you are a liar....I never said that........

Let me tell you pal....yanking two verses out of the midst of HEBREWS which was written to JEWISH believers that wanted to go back under an inferior way to PROVE or ASK for my view on the foundation of the NEW COVENANT does not qualify as a valid question...….

It seems like the people that I disagree on regarding security of believer are more honest and less judgemental than the people that hold to the security of the believer, like I do. But that is a result of twisting the doctrine of perserverance through promoting dead faith salvation
