The Holy Spirit also testifies to us about this. First he says:


16 ‘This is the covenant I will make with them
after that time, says the Lord.
I will put my laws in their hearts,
and I will write them on their minds.’[b]

17 Then he adds:

‘Their sins and lawless acts
I will remember no more.’[c]

18 And where these have been forgiven, sacrifice for sin is no longer necessary. heb10:15-18


The covenant starts when sacrifices for sin are no longer neccessary

I mean He said it is finished. He gets all the glory. He presents us blameless and intercedes for us, and provisions strength and sufficiency but He, NOT us, continues to work in us, right?

It meant fruit of spiritual reproduction. But new believers can do that too.

One sows, one reaps, one plants, one waters...but IT IS ALWAYS GOD that gives the increase.

A five year old child can be part of his or her parents conversion just by saying "daddy (or mommy), will you come to church with me and mommy (or daddy)
