I think it means that even though there is hostility between them and God because they reject his mercy shown to gentiles, God has not utterly cast them away and will receive them back and give them the promises made to their fathers if they turn and do the right thing, because he is a merciful God.

I think it's like the prodigal son in a way. Did the father say he would restore his rebellious son to his place in the family while he was in disobedience? No. He said he was dead and lost. But as soon as the son repented and returned, then the father's compassion could not withhold him from bringing his son back into the family and he received him as alive from the dead.

I know you have a position on this but must ask...is there a third temple built?

Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
‭‭John‬ ‭4:21, 23-24‬ ‭K

Jesus is the temple of God

“Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. But he spake of the temple of his body.”
‭‭John‬ ‭2:19, 21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

and believers in him

“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

There’s no man made temple in the kingdom of God ….Jesus glorified is the temple

“And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and ….., And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.”
‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:2, 10, 22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

I had asked in a thread if there was any New Testament scripture to say the temple will be rebuilt I can see Jesus today down and raised up but I can’t find any doctrine in the New Testament sayong it will be rebuilt just destroyed and left desolate until the end when all things are restored in the new creation

so I personally don’t believe god intends to rebuild a man made temple but it could happen as part of a delusion but not of God he’s pretty clear the temple was only a pattern Moses was shown on the Mount once the Holy Ghost comes to dwell in a person they become his temple and there’s no need for a place where his spirit can be associated with like the temple now he’s in and with us were his temple

“And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6:16‬ ‭KJV‬‬

He said long long ago he doesn’t dwell in houses and temples made by man dwells within us who believe in Jesus

It’s just my own view it doesn’t mean you must agree or anything but I think of another temple is built in esrthly Jerusalem it won’t be part of gods plan to restore Israel hes gong to restore them on a new earth not this one

“but the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. ( gods kingdom will never be destroyed ) But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

….Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.”
‭‭2 Peter‬ ‭3:7, 10, 13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Its just an opinion however I understand why some believe it will be rebuilt and they’ll be redeemed to rule this earth for a thousand years ect though

Thank you....I'm glad that you hold this as a opinion. And not a matter of fact. Will get back to you with what I've found if your intrested.

Many reasons, but one reason is that God would not bring back Israel in rebellion.

But scripture is very clear that this is the state that they have to be in in order to save them. The same as you and I.
After death no one can be saved true. And the bible never points to a spirit being saved, at least I haven't come crossed it.
The bible says you die in your sins and by rejecting the son.
The nation of Israel had to be still in rebellion for God to save them in the latter days.

The only instance that I know of in which God gathered all of Israel in unbelief was their deliverance from Egypt, but no unbeliever among them was allowed to enter the land. Why would that change?
I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. Jude 1:5
Your carcases shall fall in this wilderness; and all that were numbered of you, according to your whole number, from twenty years old and upward, which have murmured against me, Doubtless ye shall not come into the land, [concerning] which I sware to make you dwell therein, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun. Numbers 14:29-30

This is directed towards murmuring against God. Causing unbelief. That the Lord was leading them.

No they murmured because they didn't believe God

And the LORD said unto Moses, How long will this people provoke me? and how long will it be ere they believe me, for all the signs which I have shewed among them? Numbers 14:11

Their carnal thinking wont see that Aaron and Caleb represent the Two Witnesses and those who were under 20 and got to the promise land were a remnant who followed the Two Witnesses and the rest of them died and never got to see it.
Modern day Israel will die in the desert like their descendants before them if they don't follow the Two Witnesses.Who are the Word of God.

John 6:40
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

That's the one day Kingdom. The last day.Day 7,the day of rest. You only find that in Jesus.
7 has the symbolic meaning of completion, perfection, rest.probably even more than that.

Yeah he slaughtered them n the desert not a single one of the original entered even Moses wasn’t allowed because he struck the rock twice rather than speaking to it as god had told him to do

I challenge everyone here to watch this documentary. It is a hard watch, many won't get through it. It's graphic in conversation, not that it shows nudity. There are some scenes that may be "triggering" to some and I don't use that word lightly. I hope you will watch it for yourself and make your own opinion. I don't know how anyone in their right mind could watch this and come away blaming Israel. If you have an open and honest mind you will watch this. If you don't watch it, then your comments have no bearing in the conversation. As a Christian, you should watch this and give it your time and attention. You don't have to even watch the entire video, watch half. Of those of you who do watch it, please let me know your feelings about it. Also this video was not done by a conservative, it was done by the former COO of Meta/Facebook

“And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭3:18-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.

Neither be ye idolaters, as were some of them; as it is written, The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play.

Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.

Neither let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed of serpents.

Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.

Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”
‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭10:6-11‬ ‭

So you couldn't allow people to watch and research for themselves. Good enough.

It describes itself (The Electronic Intifada) as not-for-profit, independent, and providing a Palestinian perspective.

(It was) founded in February 2001[2] by Ali Abunimah, an American citizen of Palestinian descent; Arjan El Fassed, human rights activist based in the Netherlands.

Ali Abunimah, founder and CEO of the Electronic Intifada website, was arrested by Swiss police in Zurich following an attempt to attend a local Palestinian Committee event. Swiss authorities had previously banned his entry into the country due to what they described as antisemitic statements and incitement.

Mario Fehr, a member of the Zurich Canton council, told the Neue Zürcher Zeitung newspaper, "We don't want an Islamist Jew-hater who calls for violence in Switzerland." According to Fehr, local police had submitted a request to the Federal Police Office to prohibit Abunimah's entry into the country, which was granted before his arrest.

Abunimah, has drawn controversy for his statements about the October 7 Hamas attack on Israel. He celebrated the attack, describing it as "an anti-colonial operation" and disputed reports of civilian casualties, including denying accounts of murdered civilians and burned babies. In his public statements, he has compared Gaza to a concentration camp and likened Israeli media to the Nazi propaganda publication Der Stürmer. He has also claimed that "support for Zionism is not atonement for the Holocaust, but its spiritual continuation."

While the Electronic Intifada describes itself as an "independent online news publication focusing on Palestine," critics have accused it of promoting radical viewpoints.
"Never Again Now," has alleged that "Abunimah and his platform are a mouthpiece for Hamas."

Now, we have that out of the way. Please watch the video that has NOT been debunked by anyone who is credible. Please either watch the video or stay out of the discussion as you have nothing to offer.

Thank you for these...

What i will be discussing here is my observations in scripture that I will break up into different parts to draw on one conclusion.
As I posted before that the Holy Spirit drops certain things to catch our interest. Some see and some don't.
That's why fellowship is important to the body of Christ. Not that anyone is above another but that we are in need of each other.
As I said this is not a teaching or a theology just a observance that may be subject to reproof but not without scriptural backing.
Need less to say I'm quite nervous to present this but in the same sense excited to share. I am not good at explaining so may the Lord take it from here.

When the first temple was built it was built by the jews under king Solomon. It was built in a particular way and brought together.
This being the first temple brought my attention to the number 1 which led me to the saying there is only one God which is repeated by today's jews. It also points to one people of God that is called Israel. The Blood line of Christ reached back to Abraham and was totally Jewish. As we know this temple was destroyed.
So we have one God and one people's.

Now after the second temple was built something unusal happened ....Herod the great added on to it. No matter the reasons why
A roman citizen added on to a Jewish temple. Wow that caught my eye. Knowing that this is the temple that Jesus visited and the story of the gospel i see a duel purpose happening the number 2 is duel but not plural in hebrew. 3 is considered plural in Hebrew.
But even more amazing is this.....4 Gentiles are now added to Christ bloodline. Ruth Tamar rahab , and David's wife.
God needs a bigger house ? So now israel is not all israel. Even though they converted its still gentile blood. ( had to throw that in there). Lol.

Now is there going to be a third temple built?.......to be continued.

Please be nice with any feedback back..

Many reasons, but one reason is that God would not bring back Israel in rebellion.
Look how they react to Jesus name even if accompanied by a miracle

“be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.

This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.

But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.”
‭‭Acts‬ ‭4:10-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Why do religious Jews react this way to Jesus name and his gospel ?
