Now Moses was tending the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian. And he led the flock to the back of the desert, and came to Horeb, the mountain of God. And the Angel of the LORD appeared to him in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush. So he looked, and behold, the bush was burning with fire, but the bush was not consumed. There is no question that the pre-incarnate Word of God (Jesus) appeared to men as "the Angel of the LORD" (or even "the Word of God"). Had the King James translators been more consistent in their capitalizations (in both the OT and NT), this would have been evident throughout. They even failed to capitalize "I AM" when Jesus of Nazareth literally identified Himself as the same "I AM" who appeared to Moses at the burning bush. We see in Exodus 3 that "the Angel of the LORD" is none other than "the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob" who calls Himself " I AM THAT I AM" or simply "I AM" (the self-existent One).
But how anyone could confuse the archangel Michael with God is something that only the cultists can explain. It is absurd on its surface.

I would say and just guessing he is most likely an archangel who carried the lords name through the ot under law being this figure

I could see how one could confuse the angel representing God in the Old Testament , with God . Especially given this reference in prophecy

The Special Festivals

If any crops grow there, allow the poor to have it. And allow the wild animals to eat the food that is left. You should do the same with your vineyards and with your fields of olive trees.
12 “Work for six days, but on the seventh day, rest! This will allow your slaves and other workers a time to rest and relax. And your bulls and donkeys will also have a time of rest.
13 “Be sure that you obey all these laws. Don’t worship false gods. You should not even speak their names!
14 “You will have three special festivals each year. You must come to my special place to worship me during these festivals. 15 The first festival is the Festival of Unleavened Bread. This is as I commanded you. During this time you will eat bread that is made without yeast. This will continue for seven days. You will do this during the month of Abib, because this is the time when you came out of Egypt. Everyone must bring a sacrifice to me at that time.
16 “The second festival will be the Festival of Harvest. This festival will be during the early summer when you begin harvesting the first crops that you planted in your fields.
“The third festival will be the Festival of Shelters. This will be in the fall, when you finish gathering the rest of the crops from your fields.
17 “So three times each year all the men will come to the special place to be with the Lord God.
18 “When you kill an animal and offer its blood as a sacrifice, you must not include anything that has yeast in it. And when you burn the fat from my sacrifice, don’t let any of it remain until morning.

God Will Help Israel Take Their Land

23 “My angel will lead you through the land. He will lead you against many different people—the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, Hivites, and Jebusites. But I will defeat all of them.

I cant read the entire chapter of Hebrews 1 and not conclude that Christ is a Deity on a level eons beyond the angelic and arch angelic rank.
Theres a verse that speaks of Jesus announcing with the loud shout of an arch angel…. Does this make him “the” arch angel who projected the shout?
And
will there even be a “shout” or is this shout a metaphor for a possible vast and expansive angelic offensive directive in followence of orders given to him by the Deity that was awarded command of the angelic legions?
A deity sits in commanding power so that the tools of “doing” can be commanded and the deity it self does not perform.

no the key is Jesus is my point. There aren’t actually 613 many are repeated it sort of depends on how one counts . They are written 613 times but several ordinances and commands given to Israel are repeated again and again
but the entire old law , from genesis 1 tonthe last of the prophets is a pattern that is veiled by mans sin the ot is like seeing this and hearing this as if this is God

he appears this way because the people have corruption within them hard hearts after 400 years bondage in the most idolatrous nation ever. They were idolaters , They were killers and thieves , adulterers and defilers and had no understanding of their own state of sin

The English is clear that Jesus is return is accompanied by the trumpet and the Arch Angel Announcing the event of Jesus's return.

With the voice of the archangel (εν φωνη αρχαγγελου). Further explanation of κελευσματ (command). The only archangel mentioned in N.T. is Michael in Jude 1:9 (NAS)
