need to knock some sense into your head? try this: sleep on the floor with your head inside an open end bass drum. put a pillow inside for your head to rest on. set an alarm to wake up at the time you need. the alarm will be a mechanical device that activates the beater to hit the drum! & presto, for no cents, we all sense you now have intense sense!
