someone recommended Derek Prince, so I'm gonna check him out.
Chuck Smith is an oldie but goodie. I use to listen to him during my first stint with the Lord like 25 years+ ago.
Derek Prince has very powerful scripturally based teaching. You have to give them a chance and there is a good channel on Spotify that has very short teachings. The great thing about Derek Prince is that he reviewed each lesson so that you actually learned something because he's a fabulous teacher.

1) Rick Warren

need two more...
Give Rick Warren a chance and learn the basic principles of "the purpose driven life." ... I think the problem is that people might not be able to understand a few concepts or disagree with style and unfortunately don't really listen to the teaching and see how it applies to your life. So remember, try to focus on what the word of God says and listen to the heart of the preacher as well and discern. But remember, even if you disagree with the pastor, you need to honour them as preachers of the word and disagree respectfully instead of disparagingly as some are prone to do.

I am so very grateful for all the resources available online. I have being so encouraged by great worship, music and fabulous preaching that it has sustained me and brought me out of the pit during my time of separation.

Peace to you, my brother. It would be great to hear how you have been blessed by the preaching that you are listening to.

(Past Pastor)Chad bird, hes very good at explaining the old/ new testament relations, along with a law/gosple distinction

(Past Pastor)Mike winger, hes very non biased, he goes through scripture, looks through commentaries of various theologians and weighs differing opinions. I like that he offers different perspectives and allows space for the viewer to decide.

(Pastors)Theocast, I dont agree with all of their opinions but their content is great for educational purposes revolving around law/gosple distinction

(Pastor)Chris Rosebrough, hes rough around the edges but brings awareness to false theology and false prophets promoted in the hyper charismatic movement

(Pastor?)Voddie Baucham, hes a great faithful preacher, hes very good at explaining the gosple. I love this man.

(Pastor?)Gavin Ortlund, this man astounds me, hes so clear and precise in language while explaining ridiculously complex topics relating to the bible/philosophy. He dabbles in apologetics as well.

(Scholar/textual critic)Wess Huff, this man is very smart he has a few sermons. He mostly dabbles in apologetics.

Here are some I watch:) I hope this helps! Oh and Tim Keller is a fun watch though I am not sure how good he is at properly interpreting the text. I find him very wise and educational on matters of identity as a Christian, his sermons however leave much to be desired at times. He adds meaning behind the text not implicitly stated, making inferences based off of how he thinks it might have gone. This isnt horrible, but it cant be seen as fact. I watch him for a good motivational message at times. Hes a very powerful wordsmith.

i'll give you 6 in the case that you aren't happy with someone else. charles stanley,. adrian rogers, michael uceff, john macarthur, robert jeffress & jack hibbs.

To my knowledge, recently Rick Warren has switched from a complementarianism view to egalitarian, but has otherwise been a somewhat faithful teacher. Though I could be VERY wrong, that is all I could find online so far. If you find anything interesting out, please feel free to share!

Depends on what level.
Full gospel?
Cessationist ( Baptist)?
Prophetic?
If you want American safe non power stuff...any Baptist will be OK.
You can list a hundred of them.

If you want higher, as in the authority of the believer, I could list a few, but the Pharisees will throw a fit at anything with the Holy Spirit or Power.

Best to just resign to some safe cessationist canned messages.

Shrug.

I mean this in full respect, as I am not a cessasionist and I believe the Holy Spirit works today!

I was just wondering if by Pharisees you mean Christians who you deem as potentially judgmental but ridged in belief. Or if you mean Christians who stack on interpretations outside of the Bible and hold them to the same authority as scripture. If you read the Bible carefully, and consider the context, Jesus rebuked the Pharisees for holding their own personal doctrine and rituals on par with scripture, to the point of rejecting those who do not follow them faithfully(even though there was no precident to do so). Matthew 15:3

There were instances however of the Pharisees being overly ridged without taking the grand theme of scripture in hand. This also caused them to be rebuked, as they were following the law in number but not in heart. Think Jesus healing on the sabbath. But scripturally I do not believe that God ever condemned healing on the Sabboth, rather claiming it as a day of rest. I could be wrong here.

They were also rebuked for being hypocritical. Matthew 23:3

It is good to follow the law! Not as a way to earn salvation by self righteousness(which the Pharisees were condemned for). But as a way to show love towrds people and God:)

It is also great to show faithfulness to scripture, and to call out false prophets/doctrines and expose some beliefs built off of aspects of misused scripture.

Holding to the law itself with a gosple distinction, and interpreting scripture faithfully while rejecting ideas outside of scripture is not Pharisutical, but rather what I believe is the ideal posture regarding the law and scripture.

On the other hand, holding anything outside of scripture as the same authority as scripture, especially personal experience, would be counted as Pharisutical to my knowledge.

I have looked much into this as I have left the Hyper Charismatic movement and have weighed many things I was taught which were considered as authoritative as scripture. Examples being: The word of faith movement, the prosperity gosple, much of the deliverance ministry, the new apostolic reformation, and ideas based off of modern day prophesy and women roles in church.

But the "full gospel" churches which believe in healing and all that are often times weird charismatic churches, at the same time!

Just because a pastor believes in healing, miracles, tongues etc does not mean he cannot be a heretic or a dangerous person.

What about the NAR folks? I am sure they also believe in all this stuff.

I fully agree with you on this point:)

I suppose if you focus on extremes one would reject all of christianity.

That's very true.He has a great teaching ministry.
Derek Prince one of my favorite preachers.plus Kenneth Hagin

Benny Hinn
David Diga Hernandez
Dag Heward-Mills
Fred Prince
Kenneth Hagin

Have you ever looked into the fact that Benny Hinn genuinely scams people? And lies, often. Not to rain on your parade, but it might be worth looking into. Mike Winger has an amazing video with tons of evidence. I am of the opinion currently that Benny Hinn is dangerous.

David Diga Hernandez was trained by Benny Hin, and I dont exactly watch him either. Mostly because his teachings to me are extra biblical and take scripture out of context far too often than im comfortable with.

I've never heard of these other teachers however.

Benny Hinn is a wolf.. his own nephew ratted him out.
I have heard Benny Hinn preaching and it's very powerful and anointed. He has renounced the over emphasis on prosperity. I try not to make accusations of anybody who's preaching the gospel even if I don't agree with their approach. Calling somebody a wolf is a pretty serious charge. Do you feel it's necessary? And if so, perhaps you should outline exactly what it is. That makes you feel. You should say this about her brother, however, problematic he may be.

He asks people for money, a LOT. He implies that if they give him an offering, God will give them whatever they're asking for, whether that be prosperity or healing.

He has also shamed people who have not actually been healed, silencing them.

Not only that he has false prophecies that to my knowledge hes never openly confessed giving, and apologizing for.

I know nobodies perfect but I have a feeling that Hinn is unrepentant as hes still doing these things behind closed doors/ somewhat openly

fake healing …. Fake completely! It’s so obvious.. and yes , we should call out the wolves.
