That is different for different people, and is conditioned by a wide variety of other factors. By the way, just because you don't know anyone who can stop at one drink, it doesn't mean there aren't such people. Your ignorance of the matter is neither normative nor instructive.

Actually, you don’t. You believe it says things that it simply does not say. The context tells you that Genesis 1:3 is talking about physical light only, and says nothing about Christ. Christ was never ‘separated from darkness’… anywhere in Scripture.
