The Torah is Still Binding and We Must Obey It

We need to talk about your salvation experience. Jesus told the Pharisees in John 39 “You search the scriptures thinking that through them you have eternal life, but the scriptures point to Me. Yet you won’t come to Me…” That was the most important declaration about the Torah to the Pharisees...

The Torah is Still Binding and We Must Obey It

Im lightening up, I’m just a little amazed at where the level of spirituality/understanding is - level zero. Oh well, guess if I don’t like it, I don’t need to click on it.

The Torah is Still Binding and We Must Obey It

You know, you figure this was a Christian forum and then you encounter garbage like this, where people are on here are apparently not even saved. The posters on this thread don’t even know that Jesus lived and died for our sins. I guess we need to go back through Romans 3:23, 5:8, 6:23, 10:9-10...

The Torah is Still Binding and We Must Obey It

Whew, Thank Goodness! I’ve been up late all week worrying about this. In fact, I haven’t been able to sleep, with all the worry over possibly breaking any of the laws of the Torah. Is there any relief for me?! If only someone could take away all this worry and fear. If there was only some...

The Torah is Still Binding and We Must Obey It

Okay lol. This is a Christian forum right? There’s some things that we don’t need to go back over. Do we really need to discuss Stoning or falling into a well? Cmon man. Not sure what the issue is. But on the other hand, I’m not even sure this is a Christian forum by some of the stupid stuff...

Why didn’t Jonah just jump off the boat?

If Jonah knew he was the cause of the storm, then why not just jump off the ship, instead of requiring the sailors to throw him over?

    Struggling to forgive despite understanding

Have you tried fasting? Jentezen Franklin has some good resources, but I would search it out.

    NEED ADVICE

I’d just wait till he brings it up. And the. Just tell him that some people live like that. I wouldn’t go too much into depth over it. If you feel tension there, then fast for a day or so and ask God to work it out.

    Marriage is Hard

Wish I had a better message but yeah, it’s tough. We could all give a lecture but we’ve all got stuff we’re dealing with as well. As far as work, be mindful of your tithe. This will keep stuff from coming out of nowhere. Also, watch out for “little foxes” like coffee or tobacco or alcohol. These...

    Edit and Delete button permanent

Sure. Obviously if your post is deleted, the all replies should be deleted as well. One way to work the Edit button would be to leave your original post that was quoted. But you m ow how people are - we reply impulsively and then later change our mind. Maybe a longer delay on these buttons…

    Edit and Delete button permanent

Is there a reason that the Edit and Delete button disappear after awhile. Would it be possible to leave these on the post for good, instead if temporarily?

Whew, that’s a tough situation that may require some fasting and prayer for insight
