    The war in heaven

Our Lord fought a heavenly war against spiritual wickedness in high places and won. There are many passages that show how we're in that war now. When our great Savior returns, the war is over

Which is a "Doctrine of Devils" - Universalism or Eternal Damnationism?

You also my brother 😊. One other possibility is that the people before the flood were prisoners of their own sin, but that God spoke to Noah by his Spirit to set them free. This would also agree with the scriptures that now is the time for salvation, not after the unrepentant die.

Which is a "Doctrine of Devils" - Universalism or Eternal Damnationism?

Well bro, 1Pet.3 doesn't mean Jesus preached to people after they died. It means by the Spirit, he preached to people through Noah before the flood. They're imprisoned by death now, awaiting judgment.

Which is a "Doctrine of Devils" - Universalism or Eternal Damnationism?

I believe repentance is only offered before people die, Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, Heb.9:27 Judgment is before our Lord, who is, a consuming fire. Heb.12:29 I believe the lake of fire isn't a place. It's describing the effect the presence our...

    Hell

They're not at different times. The reappearing of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is like a giantic lake of fire. Believers won't be harmed by him. Only unbelievers will.

    Hell

The saved aren't harmed by the presence of our Savior. Only the unsaved are, Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power Rev.20:6

    Hell

I don't believe there is a debt to pay. I believe once forgiven, God conforms us back to his image. I believe the books of works include both good deeds that honor God and bad deeds which dishonor him, as the "Judgment seat of Christ" and "Great white throne judgment both show, because they're...

    Hell

Yes. Both saved and unsaved are examined before Jesus. Works and also the individual, If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 1Cor.3:15

    Hell

Hello Pilgrimshope. I believe the lake of fire is the presence of Christ and the "2nd resurrection" is bodily of all the dead both saved and unsaved.

    Hell

Hello AndrewMorgan. I believe unrepentant people and demons will be consciously tormented as their sins are exposed when our Lord returns in blazing fire. I also believe their humiliation is over, they will no longer exist.

''...thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven.''

Here's something else. Our Lord kicked satan out of heaven long ago. Then, like it is in heaven, he comes to earth and kicks satan out of people. 😊

''...thy will be done on Earth as it is in heaven.''

I believe , "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven", is a prayer to make us more like Jesus.

    UNITY...

The OP is about unity within the body of Christ, but you're right that division comes from outside of him. Like your s/n, as our Lord was, HatedForNoReason.

    Salvation : 101

Our Lord "took mankinds sins", that is, being lied about, spit on, beaten and executed. Putting an innocent man to death is sin. They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood. Psa94:21

    eyes that will not see

Hello BeALamp. I agree with everything you've said here. Wanting all people to know our joy is what drew me to Christ, Christ in a dear sister who like you, wanted no thanks or rewards, but only for me to know her joy in Jesus. God bless you and those who see him in you.

    eyes that will not see

Go beyond your family and friends sense of justice, by showing the mercy of Christ in your conduct toward all, For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? Lk.6:32 It's incredible how our Lord loved people who did't love love him. My God let people see him in us.

    Gods Unfathomable Love

It does seem foolish to the world for a stronger person (like Jesus) to turn the other cheek to a weaker person (all others), but that's the mercy of our God.

What does this mean to you?

Yes and since we see how we have all broken Gods' laws, we can see the hurt done to God by lawbreakers who nailed him to the cross. With that knowledge of all mankind, wanting to be like our sweet Jesus becomes much more understandable to us.

Both progressive and traditional types of Christians blatantly disobey the Bible... and this example about men and women proves it.

Because people think Paul taught we don't have to be conformed to the image of Christ.

Hello HorseSoldier. Paul is teaching that a woman should pray with her head covered because, the head of the woman is the man 1Cor.11:3 In other words, don't uncover your husband.
