When you go to school you don't gain 4 years of education all at once. It would be madness and confusing. Tge same applies here. There is a Lot to work through and understand so don't expect it all to make sense at once.

To make this simple and clear... if you become saved, you're forgiven. If you do not become saved you're not forgiven. Since we start out without being saved, but can, during the course of our lives, get saved, then we are forgiven of disbelief.
