Agree 100%. The trouble is most of them don't read the Bible for themselves, they simply let other people think for them then wonder how on Earth they're manipulated. As discussed already.

If we have true free will and our decisions are not the result of movements of particles which we have no control over, this would undermine Calvinism.
It would also appear to undermine causality.
No particle physics experiment nor quantum theory requires the input of a God, so let's not start making assumptions and concentrate on answering my question in the original post.
You should definitely work for Hillsong. They would love a message like that, which would of course be twisted to mean
"If you don't give me everything you own, you're robbing God".
