I was here some months ago. I thought I won. But the trophy never came. I thought Fedex or Ups or Usps lost it. Couldn't get a tracking number from any of them. :LOL::ROFL:

I don't know the specifics, but it seems there are so many things pulling at us from all different directions and we need to constantly be fighting those things off. But they can be parasitic also and may not even know they were there until it is too late. Even good things can be a drain...

I wish I could have learned this years ago. Why is it that many times we don't realize the value of something till its gone? I hope and pray I will do better in a future relationship if I get the opportunity. Thanks for your comments.

I believed this for so many years. It was a trick of the devil. When I finally had to come clean on this it was so freeing. Now I am open about it. I need to be. And, it is a huge problem in the church.

Oncefallen has some great insights here. I agree, find someone local and in person. I have several men I meet with and hold each other accountable. It is freeing and a blessing. But it only works if you continue to be honest and consistent. Try to get to the root of what drives this sin. And...

Another church I attended for a year or two had a lot of trade type members. If they saw someone that needed a roof repaired/ replaced or some other problem that needed fixed they got together and took care of it.

The church I am currently a member of was a huge unexpected help in covering the cost of the funeral. They didn't even know who I was and they were willing to help.

Things I'm into... Tonight I will be in my bed. Tomorrow I get in my car...then go into work. After work I will go into my car again...go home and go into my house... Okay...I enjoy making noise on my goodwill guitar, sometimes I'll open my mouth during that noise and make it worse. Old...
