If The Kingdom isn't here yet then what is JESUS CHRIST a King of?

Please, what is the deal with this "thousand"?

Deuteronomy 7:8-9
But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.
Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

1 Chronicles 16:14-15
He is the LORD our God; his judgments are in all the earth.
Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations;

Psalm 105:6-10
O ye seed of Abraham his servant, ye children of Jacob his chosen.
He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.
He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.
Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;
And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:

You want GOD as a King living here ...but also want people to look at Him and say He isn't GOD? You really think people are going to be like, oh, That is GOD ...but i'm still going to do things my own way? Ridiculous.

From this, I assume you're saying that "thousand" is just poetic writing that means "multitudes upon multitudes" (i.e. loads of folks). If we go with your view then there aren't any numbers that can be relied upon in scripture:

- rained for 40 days & 40 nights
- wandering for 40 years
- they prophesy for 1,260 days...42 months
- locust torment those without the seal of God for 5 months
- 3 days and 3 nights and will rise again on the 3rd day
- seventy weeks...
- visiting the iniquity of the father on the son to the 3rd or 4th generation of those that hate me
- in the 4th generation your descendants will return here.

1000 years must be specific because every other numbering He gave was specific.

You don't get to sweep this 1000 under the rug. It was very important. Look at what it was talking about.

Satan isn't bound so that sin doesn't exist anymore, he's bound so he doesn't continue his trade in lies. He will be bound so that there will no longer be deception. Let's consider the current world situation for a moment:

- 4,000 different denominations of Christianity all touting that they have pure truth.

- Two other major Abrahamic-themed religions each with millions and millions of followers who were BORN into them.

- A history that records Catholicism (considered a denomination of Christianity) stained with the blood of millions upon millions of people. As a result, countless others were raised as agnostic or atheists because they refused to be associated with "a god that supports murders and pedophiles"

- Countless others have been raised to rely on self and technology.

- We here at CC can't even agree on basic tenets of the faith, getting into one argument after another!

Satan has deceived the whole world, so the world must have a chance to walk in the truth. This is what the 1000 years is for. To remove sin and establish the way life was supposed to be. To break the stubborn's pride. To make the nations submit. "He that overcomes shall rule the nations...and he shall break them to pieces..." Rev 2:27.

For example...the following passage is a prophecy of what happens after Messiah returns and destroys the armies of the nations:


Zechariah 14:16-19
16 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.

17 And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, even upon them shall be no rain.

18 And if the family of Egypt go not up, and come not, that have no rain; there shall be the plague, wherewith the Lord will smite the heathen that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

19 This shall be the punishment of Egypt, and the punishment of all nations that come not up to keep the feast of tabernacles.

The 70 weeks of Daniel says the end of sin.

Dan 9:24
Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

//It doesn't say, oh by the way, there is a 1000 years first.

3) Teach the nations about The Almighty thereby removing sin and saving the world


The people reject their Savior deserving fierce punishment...but He completes His work of restoration for His people


1) Choose Israel

2) Establish them as a royal priesthood through the blood covenant

a) New Covenant established through Messiah's blood (He is "the door")
b) Break-off unbelieving branches (their punishment)
c) Open the door for anyone else who wants to enter in and marry the Body
d) Full number of gentiles believers to be grafted in (approx. 2000 years so far)
e) Jew & Gentile believers in Messiah all united = "All Israel" saved
f) Messiah Returns, Resurrects remaining believers, Rules over the nations

3) Teach the nations about The Almighty thereby removing sin and saving the world

The millennium reign is the work originally promised to Israel at Mt. Sinai; that The Almighty will establish a nation of priests to spread the knowledge of Him throughout the world. All the drama that has followed has been Him establishing that priesthood to get back to His originally intended plan.


Obadiah 1:21
And saviors shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD'S.

If Scripture promises an Infinity of perfect peace and Righteousness ...then why are people trying to make it end after a thousand years with satan being loosed?

Again, you want JESUS physically on Earth Ruling as a physical King ...just like the pharisees wanted.
