The End of a Nation

It's the love for the material things money buys that causes all the chaos seen in the world today.
And it is only going to get a lot worse according to Revelation 9:20-21.

It is already too late. God's condemnation is taking place. God knew the end from the beginning. Eclipses have been used for condemning a country when it goes from one side to the other. We had one of those recently and another one will be in 2024. It will go from northeast to southwest crossing 7 cities named Salem. That draws an X on the US. God set the eclipses in motion at creation forseeing the future. This country started as a Christian nation but turned its back on God. Only a splinter of people are Christians. Thus the condemnation.

First the correct quote is "The love of money is A root of all evil." You ignore how our modified capitalism works. Monopolies and trusts are only allowed for utilities. Standard Oil was busted into several competing companies. Basic concept of capitalism is the competition between the companies that sell an equivalent product or service keeps the prices low. When you go to buy something you have a choice between several very similar items. Different quality and prices. The customer decides what to buy based on price and quality. Look at the car industry. Cheap Smart cars to super luxury cars like Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini. Who decides what to buy. You do. The manufacturers have to keep their price competitive with their competition.

You are right there Endo, it is too late. This country was founded on Christian principles for which God has bestowed many blessings on us. We were mostly Christian from the outset, but look where we are now. Both my books warn the USA of impending downfall, based on scripture.

It is not too late to have a kind of revival. Just like ancient Judah did when they opened the house of the Lord and found the book of the law. Josiah was read the book and he rent his clothes (Jewish trend for anger). He then sent to a prophetess (Huldah) to inquire of God. Her message:

God spared that king from witnessing the impending doom.

I just want to interject that the idea of slavery, His idea as I interpret it, includes dignity, family and choice. We are to be like His beloved disciple, John. A slave to righteousness, a slave to Him, by choice (bond-servent). Any other perverted and corrupt use of slavery that belittles the value of another, is 100% unbiblical. In the bible, it is clear that in Him we are one. He is no respecter of ppls. He is so beyond the differences we like to hold on to. True unity is an inside job, a heart matter. We, who belong to Him, are called to walk in His Spirit, to be bondservants to Him, not to men.

I see why it grows old that we can't grow beyond the poor mindsets rooted from our ancestors misguided mistakes, but seeking to excuse it, deny it, or erase it, certainly seems to only perpetuate the mindsets that support oppression.

I am on other forums and do some discussing God and Jesus. Very few respond positively. I was an electronics and computer expert after 40 years working for EMR Telemetry and 31 years in customer support traveling the country and world repairing, installing, and training customers on the systems. As such I use science to defend Christianity. I use a lot of information from Christian Ministries International at creation.com which is a science based organization defending Genesis account of creation. It is amazing how atheists run from sites that use science to defend the Bible. I quite often post the following and ask them to refute it. They never do a refutation of science and only one time a poster gave me a web address with a philosophical discussion.

Nothing is as satisfying, besides reading the word, then hearing, reading and watching material that uses science, (interpretation of natural laws, man stumbling onto God's creation) to substantiate Him and His truth. To me, defending Christianity through science is such a good use of time. In fact, edifying for those who sit on the fence thinking creation opposes science. For me those kinds of thoughts are illogical, as He is a God of truth and order. The contradictions we find in them are in our interpretations not in the maker. .

Ultimately, the truth should be consistent. Until there is harmony in science and scripture, we must continue to go back to the drawing board. Ultimately, He will help everyone draw the accurate conclusions.

I have to disagree that it is too late for America. God's Word tells us there is always hope. It also tells us to pray without ceasing. It also tells us if we believe, we will receive.

Who created what science now understands. The early scientists believed they were investigating what God had created. Only lately has the current scientists ignore God. In fact a branch of science, archaeology, proves that the history of the Bible is completely 100% accurate. This includes proving Sodom and Jericho had miraculous happenings just as described in the Bible. God created the heavens and earth and science investigates that universe creating an understanding of the laws He uses to keep the universe going.

I always challenge atheists to disprove the science. All except one time they ignore the challenge. That one time I was pointed to a philosophical discussion not a science based one. Basically science proves the Bible. There are many science based sites that have evidence backing up God's creating the universe. I use those sites to point out God MUST EXIST!

Apologetics is a defense of the Bible. I use science that way. Science is a common ground between all rational people no matter their religious beliefs. The problem is as the KJV puts it "the carnal mind is enmity against God". There is a concept known as cognitive dissonance that states that the mind has a painful response to 2 opposing concepts in a person's mind at the same time. I think this is what causes atheists to run from this evidence. They only once tried to refute the science supporting the Bible.

The fact is God caused the solar system to have eclipses to condemn nations. If you read Romans and other biblical principles, which I know you do God is clear.....when by law, we (the nation) embraces homosexuality/sexual immorality, the murder of babies in the womb, while ostracizing the bible, the truth and a right to make a Christian stance without being labeled a bigot, bible thumper or religious zealot....we can rightfully conclude that judgment is near.....as a matter of fact God clearly states that embracing men with men and women with women is the proverbial straw that breaks the camel's back and it sets forth a reprobate mindset and to expect nothing but judgment........

As you know, in the bible we find many examples of being a "day late and a dollar short" and even though on a few occasions the people repented, the judgment had already been decreed and was meeted out....

Yes I would agree, changing the direction of a nation once a group mindset is accepted seems nearly impossible because of herd mentality and group mind think. The left and people in general can no longer be objective, bias, rational, fact based, let alone recognize truth.
