This is the only competent, accurate and legit post i've seen in this section of the forum where all kinds of wild ideas fly in the air.
I've lost my specs so please bare with me, The problem with the idea that diet alone can rid a person of cancer once they have it, is born from a myth.
Its proven that obesity is the second biggest cause of cancer after smoking.
And obesity is result for most, a result of to much free sugar.
So the myth was born that eating less less sugar starves cancer.
Well no being over weight puts a person at risk to 13 known cancers, and theres 120 known cancers.
And for a lot of cancers they can be proven what has caused it like smoking or aids or HPV virus
Or radiation or other viruses that turn healthy cells to turn cancerous
Or even if its heredity.
All of which can be proven in lab tests.
Red meat has also been proven to cause cancer because it creates a certain chemical in the body when we digest it. That is linked to bowel. cancer.
The only good advice I would give for diet is for the prevention of cancer IE not to get it in the first place first most, and not to fight cancer on it own, but for diet to fight cancer combined with professional medical treatment.
Replacing free refined sugars with complex natural sugars is a bonus steaming food is another, including meat, thinly chopped chicken steamed for 20 mins is mouth watering delicious rather than frying it.
Raw veg is another good idea, especially onion garlic broccoli bell peppers spinach kale lettuce.
Walnuts are good
Green tea too.
A healthy amount of protein each day plus healthy fats none fried.
Me I opt for for raw extra pressed olive oil 15 ml mixed with raw garlic mixed with every meal.

Maybe a dash of lettuce to.
For desert a home made wall nut almond milk shake mixed with Coco powder. Throw in some Greek yogurt and blue berries some chia seeds and walla.

A good amount of foods each day higher in antioxidants is another.
Foods that regulate blood sugar is another like ginger, apple cider vinegar, lemon.
A good mix is 200 grams of juiced freshed ginger or blenef and pulp removed, 100 ml of apple cider vinegar 4 fresh lemons juiced and then added to a 5 litre bottle of fresh rain water. Which gives you 15 half pints which last 5 days if you drink them 3 times a day.
I mix my half pints with a touch of sweetened cranberry juice, but prefer to go for sucralose sweetened Cranberry juice
it's delicious, and it's got a real kick to it.
Stay tuned and Ill give you a quick and easy to cook carb free bread that takes 2 mins to mix and 3 mins to cook on the microwave. And when you add scrambled egg to this sandwich or even turn it into a fruit bread, well, let's just say God has brought me home. 😋
Getting a blood glucose monitor is another good idea, and good to know to know what your blood sugar levels are each day, and can really help, because that way you know if you can eat less sugar or need more etc.
A lot of people don't realise they only need so many grams of net carbs a day that keep there Bloody sugar in a safe level. Obesity and diabetes can happens quite quickly.
Whilst pre diabetes is reversible through diet. Diabetes is more difficult, so a blood glucose meter is a must, preferably one that pricks your blood.
My blood sugar levels are the same each morning and two hours after eating every day.
