I believe Jesus is God in flesh.

"Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son,
and his name shall be called Emmanuel"
(which means, God with us). Matt 1:23 RSV

its could also mean

Jesus coming was the new covenant that God is with us.

SAMUEL wich means God has heard
do you now believe that samuel was also God ??

there are many names with EL in the bible and thora

Truthful: If Jesus was not God, how could He forgive sins?

If he is not God, how can he live without sinning? The bible says ALL have sinned....

Truthful: If Jesus was not God, how could He forgive sins?
We are instructed to forgive. Are we God?

If he is not God, how can he live without sinning? The bible says ALL have sinned....
God is his father. He did not inherit the sin nature every other man has. In that, and that alone, he had an advantage. Other than that, he CHOSE to always obey God. Adam was in the same situation. He did not have a sin nature, and it was his choice to decide to obey or not. He chose to disobey, whereas Jesus chose to obey.

The scripture plainly tells us the truth it is up to us to accept it. God's word is truth--anything that goes against God and scripture is a LIE.

We are instructed to forgive. Are we God?

.

we can forgive what has been done to use, not what has been done to others. Jesus forgave sins in general :) His diciples healed, but I cannot remember the Bible speaking of them ever forgiving sins like Jesus did.

the son knows his Father and the son knows what will be forgiven by his Father and what not.

Jesus saying he is the son instead of God is to be ignored by catholics and such because they want him to be God.

God coming on earth as human would not break his commandment:
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour

when people would ask who He is, He said: I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'

its sad because of these illogical teachings some people turn to islam or loose their faith.

What was it that Jesus had said or done that caused the Jews to respond with such violence toward Him?

Was it because He was claiming the personal name God gave Himself when He spoke to Moses from the burning bush?

"If Jesus' claims were false, He certainly was a blasphemer, and we can well understand why the strongly monotheistic Jews would be quick to accuse any man who claimed to be God. On this matter, they did understand Him rightly." -John M. Frame, Apologetics to the Glory of God (Phillipsburg, NJ: Presbyterian and Reformed, 1994), 141.

Amen to that.

In the Hebrew writings of the Bible in Genesis There is an extra word that is not in the English Bibles. It is the letters Aleph and TAV.It should be, In the beginning God Aleph Tav created the heavens and the earth. Aleph and the Tav are the first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet. Jesus said he was the first and the last so he is claiming to be GOD.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1
What word? Aleph Tav
He was in the beginning with God . All things came into being by Him , and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.
John 1:2-3

am the Alpha and the Omega--the beginning and the end," says the Lord God. "I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come--the Almighty One
Revelation 1:-8

I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end.”
Isaiah 44:6"This is what the LORD says--Israel's King and Redeemer, the LORD Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God

Isaiah 48:12 "Listen to me, O Jacob, Israel, whom I have called: I am he; I am the first and I am the last

Revelation 1:17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last

Revelation 2:8 "To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These are the words of him who is the First and the Last, who died and came to life again

Revelation 21:6 He said to me: "It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To him who is thirsty I will give to drink without cost from the spring of the water of life

im amazed that there are people that do not understand what son of God means

you have to ignore most of the gospel, to see that jesus could be God

not my will be done, but Youre will

Excuse me? Is Thomas's confession of Jesus being His Lord and God not enough?

As for the Son of God, again, He was born through the Spirit - He was born in a different way than all of us are. I don't believe that the Spirit simply made a sperm to go into Mary - something else happened. God was introduced into the world, "to His own," and yet His own did not receive Him - even though He, the Son of God, created them.

In order to deny Jesus is God, you must deny that the Scriptures are truly inspired by God - you must ignore not only the Gospels, but the books written even beforehand.

That's right Zackabba. Jesus is God.

People of reprobate minds attempt to tamper with the divine nature of Jesus Christ.

They also speak against the Bible as being inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Their goal is to separate people from Jesus Christ and the Bible.

You are incorrect.

Jesus is the Son of God. People who do not understand this simple truth wind up worshiping three gods (or three in one, or one in three, whatever), which is a pagan practice.

I do not believe in the trinity. There is one God, the Father, who is the creator and supreme over all. There is one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the messiah, our savior, a man.

1 Cor 8:6) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.

1 Tim 2:5) For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

I believe the bible is the word of God.

My goal is to help people understand that the bible is the word of God and to lead people to Christ, because there is no other way to be saved.

The Trinity presented together:
Jesus was Baptized; the Holy Spirit descended; the Father spoke. Matthew 3:16,17
That's right. Jesus was Baptized; the Holy Spirit descended; the Father spoke. You say it represents the trinity. The bible does not say that.

Believers are to be Baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:18,19
Some older texts read "baptize them in my name".

Amen! And God is God.

I tried and the Truth fell upon deaf ears. You see it your'e way, and I have my own way.
There are zero similarities between us. We are polar opposites.

I am a Baptist and do not ever hide that fact.

Could you speak plainly and tell me what organization, denomination or group you belong to.

I think you will be deceitful and not speak plainly, but I could be wrong, surprise me, step out into the light.

I tried and the Truth fell upon deaf ears.
Trinitarianism is not Truth.

You see it your'e way, and I have my own way.
Yes, you do have your own way.

There are zero similarities between us. We are polar opposites.
Actually, there are many similarities. We both love God and His son Jesus Christ, we are both Christian, we both want to teach others how to become saved. Although since you firmly believe in the trinity and I do not, you may well think that I am not saved. I'm sorry for that, and I assure you that I am saved.

I am a Baptist and do not ever hide that fact.
Great!

Could you speak plainly and tell me what organization, denomination or group you belong to.

I think you will be deceitful and not speak plainly, but I could be wrong, surprise me, step out into the light.
Why on earth would you think I would be deceitful? Is that how you think about everyone who is not a Baptist?

I am a non-denominational bible believing Christian. I fellowship in the home with a local group of like-minded Christians. Here are a couple of websites that agree with what we believe:
