The blood of Christ is applied at the moment a person genuinely places their faith in Him, trusting in His sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins. Scripture teaches that salvation is a work of God’s grace, received through faith, and it is at that point of belief that Christ’s atoning blood cleanses us and makes us spiritually new.
So you say, we can say anthing we like and get people to follow.
I think you are saying, faith and trust in HIM and you are reborn?
Did you read that in HIS word? Or are you just following someone who said that?
Just to keep things in context we have Matthew, Mark, Luke and John JESUS walked with us.
Then to book of Acts, the building of the church which is the foudation of our salavation.
All books after that are mostly Pauls letters to churches he started.
Since I don't follow men only HIS word can you show me where this stuff comes from please.
"The blood of Christ is applied at the moment a person genuinely places their faith in Him, trusting in His sacrifice for the forgiveness of sins."
First notice, BLOOD AND WATER was mixed as it came out of HIS side.
John 19:34 But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.
This is what you need to prove wrong about when and how we get rid of our sins.
Acts 2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Scripture teaches that salvation is a work of God’s grace, received through faith, and it is at that point of belief that Christ’s atoning blood cleanses us and makes us spiritually new.
According to JESUS we need more than faith and trust.
John 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Can't ENTER without being born of WATER and of SPIRIT.
This is what happens when we are born of the spirit or when JESUS comes inside of us.
Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
