so ... is G I Williamson claiming that man will do only evil even though man is free to do good ?

example: natural man will not give to feed the poor even when he sees someone starving ... is that what G I Williamson is pointing out?

... or that any good a man carries out does nothing to make him righteous ?

example: natural man may give to feed the poor ... which is a good thing to do ... but it does not make him righteous. Even though he thinks he's doing good, it's evil. is that what G I Williamson is pointing out?

Building a new wing on a hospital does not, in and of itself make you a Christian!

No, Paul was not a Calvinist. He was an apostle. I already addressed Gal. 1 earlier.

Would you like to answer my questions?

“Are you one of the elect? Were you chosen before the foundation of the world the way Calvinism teaches?”
I see you've still not answered

Questions

1 Was Paul chose to be filled with the holy spirit before Paul was aware

2 How could God Do that and know he would be filled with the holy spirit later in his life

3 Did God look at his whole life first

4 why would God look at Paul's whole life first

No such thing as "unabated" freewill. It's an oxymoron. Freedom necessitates boundaries or you end up with chaos.

What do you think you are using when you make a choice if not your volition?
The first part just reiterated what I said.

The second part is also a reiteration of what I said with a twist.

Rom. 2:14-15
actually should quote the whole verse

Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law. 15 They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them.)

Do you see God pricking there conscience

Depends on the motivation of the heart. Since the natural fallen man always acts from a deceitful and desperately wicked heart, his aim in any action is self. So what may appear outwardly good will not under God's scrutiny be deemed so.
God will test there works in fire to

correct so by whose will are they doing his works by ?
In what way is it His will? And since the Gentiles did His will without the law, then those who were not of the chosen people of that dispensation were able to do what God’s law said. So how were they able to when or if they didn’t have the law, or if and when they were not in a relationship with God?
