Oh yes , I know the feeling 😬 I'm not really into new curtains or clothes or children etc etc etc . I love music , films , books and nature . Enjoy watching a lot of sports on TV especially athletics but will watch almost anything except cricket 😖 too old to play any now but when I was young I ran the 100 metes in 12-2 seconds . Oh that would b fab ! I have to b honest , I don't watch too many modern films 😬 no superheroes etc , I like a good drama , thriller or horror , like comedies too but not too many great ones about , have u seen Best in Show ? One of my fave comedies . I can talk about films all day , like foreign ones too , Japanese , Korean , German . Yes ! We need a film club thread ! I did run for my county for a while , one hundred meters , two hundred and the hurdles and discus . My figure became a bit too womanly shall we say , boobs and bum 🤪 and I started smoking so that was the end of my athletic career 🥴 . I stopped smoking age 41 .

My jaw dropped open, you'd love what's on my Proton Drive, let alone what i have here. I'm huge on World Cinema, story telling is often better, you can learn so much about different cultures through their films too. My Western film collection contains a lot of less usual stuff too, Best in Show rang a bell and lo and behold, i have it :cool:

Ooh! I'm prone to depression so my weight can yo-yo but much less now i'm an old dear. There's many advantages to be older, i wouldn't wish any years away, learned so much from the experiences too and i don't fret about death. Far worse things can happen to us. Think you and i would be great friends in normal life, surprised how much we have in common.

Must sort out the evening meal for my little Cat, her name is Dreamer and she's my little Princess. Gorgeous inside and out.

Old tabbies are cool. Every old Tabby I have ever known has been a stately elderly gentleman or lady.

My mother has a cat that she says is just like a husband to her. Out all night chasing after other women and coming home when he has been in a fight.

A tall man with glasses and a beard who loves Jesus and is kind to everyone until that person puts his family in danger, in which he turns into a protective bear. Plays the guitar and plays the bass and loves music and serving the Lord through music. Who makes me laugh and prays for me and loves to cook because errbody knows I hate to cook. Who is quick to apologize and has no problem crying in front of anyone when the Lord moves his heart.

If this sounds awfully specific it’s because it is. lol!
