Oh I see, well I would disagree because the parable said they didn't bring extra oil note extra in this parable
Exactly.
Unbelievers do not, and have never had, "oil", "lamps", "light", and the biggie...they are not virgins.

This is actually not too bad a rendering of this. You may be right that they were all dead. The only problem with it is nowhere does it say the foolish had ANY oil. It is speculation to say that because the text says the wise virgins had EXTRA oil means that the the foolish had SOME oil.
It doesn't say they had ANY oil.

And if they had SOME oil, which you agree represents the Holy Spirit, then Jesus wouldn't have said at the end of the parable "I don't know you".
II thought to add that caveat, that it isn't explicitly mentioned the foolish had any oil at all, to better qualify my commentary. It is only an educated guess that hypothesizes that, if they had lamps, and extra is explicitly mentioned that which they had not, then they had some. So, I conclude that all had life, but only five had eternal life.

If they were unbelievers they would not have had oil, lamps, light, and the biggie the virgin designation.
Virgin = pure, undefiled, set apart.

It would be impossible to assume they are anything but saved.

Once a parables components are tampered with, the sky is the limit where creativity takes the meaning.

The virgin parable is an amazing example of this.
Very very few will keep all the components intact.

Why?
2 reasons.
1) doctrine
2 ) human reasoning.

If the bible needs changing why read it??
Changing? No, please, definitely not. Precision in the communication of it? Yes. In the general understanding of Elizabethan times, virgin and maiden were synonymous.

They didn't have oil. Show me where it says they had oil.
EVERYONE, saved and unsaved, has a lamp, or vessel. Which is our bodies we are born with. Without the Holy Spirit indwelling AND Sealing us until the day of redemption (Bridegroom returns), all manner of unclean spirits can and do inhabit our vessels.
Again, a lamp WILL light for a short time WITHOUT oil. Wicks are part of the lamp, and they ARE flammable.
Virgin designation equates to salvation? News to me.
It would be impossible to assume they are anything but saved.
It would be IMPOSSIBLE to assume they are saved without the Holy Spirit (oil).

Why do we need the parable changed?
Is it because Mary never "knew" a man?
Or is it because Jesus does not " know" carnal believers?

So, it used to be assumed that maidens were virgins, considering the cultural, what would be the correct phase, 'rules of engagement'? Obviously, that can no longer be assumed within the current culture.

They definately had oil.
Why change that component?
8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out.

9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves.

In order for the flame to have gone out, the flame had to previously be there.

Virgins fits just fine.
No foul

They definately had oil.
Show me where in the text. Your speculation is NOT proof.

You conveniently left my point out that a lamp's wick can ignite, and burn for a short time WITHOUT oil.

Now show me where it says the foolish had oil.

I believe this is more correct. All ten had lamps but only five had extra oil. They're lamps went out when they fell asleep (representative of death). They all awoke (all are resurrected and the foolish could be view here as having lit their wicks containing residual oil). But I think it is more accurate that extra oil is the Holy Spirit, (they all had life (created by through and for Jesus) to start with, but the wise had Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
They all had the Holy Spirit.
Paul talked about the extra infilling.
Acts describes the infilling as a separate act via laying on of hands.
One spirit filled believer transferring the anointing or Holy Spirit, to another believer.

" give us some of yours"
The virgins requested.

The wise went into the marriage.
The foolish make it later into heaven, via martyrdom ( the innumerable number waving palm branches in heaven)....and attend the marriage supper, as do the Jews who are gathered in Rev 14.

We see the marriage supper attendants gathered in stages in the parable of the wedding feast.

So many try to interpret the Virgin parable, and stumble over Jesus saying "I don't know you". ( like a betrothal where you only talked over the internet)...they only "know" each other limited and shallow...)
( like the carnal church)
When in fact, they ( the foolish VIRGINS) do make it. Do the marriage feast, as do the jews, who are gathered in revelation fourteen.

The virgin parable, is not deciding salvation, because all 10 are virgins.
The Virgin parable is in fact deciding who goes in the rapture.
So those that cast down the rapture. Will never, ever, be able to interpret the Virgin. parable,.....in other words, their starting place is completely skewed, and they failed before they even start.

Maybe magic lamps?
The went out but were never lit?

If you need it to be what you are modifying it, then go ahead.

It says they awoke and TRIMMED their lamps.

Once you change the components, truth will escape every time.

If you need it to be what you are modifying it, then go ahead.
I'm the one modifying!? You are the one inserting that they had oil, when NOWHERE in the text does it say they do.
It says they awoke and TRIMMED their lamps.
Yup. They trimmed their lamps:
Trimming a lamp involves adjusting the wick to ensure a clean and efficient flame, which is essential for optimal lighting and performance.

Can an oil lamp's wick burn for a short time without oil?
Yes, an oil lamp's wick can burn for a short time without oil.

Tell me WHERE, and from WHOM, did they go to buy oil when they realized they had none?

The mechanic tells his customer " you ran it without out oil ...it is ruined"

Can we just assume it never had oil?
You seem to bring in "logic"
And your "logic", is, "it never had oil"
'
"Show me where it ever had oil"
" prove it ever had oil"

Ahem, how did it get 10k miles on it with no oil ever in it?
...and you reply is " it will run a long time without oil"

The argument is ludicrous.
