I am not disturbed because obviously it is not what scripture teaches, I am only disturbed that people believe it, promote and then other people fall for it.

Grace cannot exist without election - both require each other. If you believe in the doctrine of God's grace for salvation - which scripture clearly states -then whether you realize it or not, you also believe that He elected those upon whom He sheds His grace because it couldn't happen any other way.

Not at all and I know there were exceptional human beings like Enoch, Noah, Moses that not a single one of us could hold a candle to who weren't Holy Ghost filled like we are today.
Everyone who is saved has the Spirit, whether an OT saint or NT.
And your claim is simply conjecture. Moses was a murderer and Noah a drunk. Noah may have held a candle but he couldn't hold his liquor.

Take a bath, and maybe some discerning ones would not find you offensive.

And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified,
you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit
of our God."
1 Corinthians 6:11

.........
Why did they not wash themselves? Why did they not sanctify themselves? Why did the not justify themselves?
They certainly had the freewill to do so!

When you say to the surgeon....
"Go ahead! You have my consent!"

You are not the one performing the actual surgery.

Can't you guys think?

You're trapped.

How's your day been today,

You left me wondering something the other day, I wondered if you like coming here for discussion ?

A bear must deal with the buzzing bees as he scoops up the honey.
well I wouldn't want to poke the bear sir, if you know what I mean.

But may I ask what bear your refering to consolation of stars in the bible, but there is also the bear known for its destructive powers in the bible.

I know well in Jewish folk law the bear is not seen as a good thing ?

Or have I got that wrong !

Jordon... What you do is old hat for you.

Thank God that some people fall OUT of it.

David was also exceptional, and he was as an adulterer and murderer.

Thank God that some people fall OUT of it.

So thankful every day, sometimes I read the testimonies of others who have left, after spending time on this thread to remind myself.

We need to remember that this very fallen nature they harp on is created by their god, something they do not really speak about very often.

They make it sound like this "nature" is mankind's fault as well, but really in their system god decreed it.

So humankind can't/won't believe, because god gave them a nature which inhibits believing and on top of that

omnipresent Satan also has them captive night and day, blinding, enslaving them and god selectively activates those

whom he chooses, there are people who know this system and their only hope, is that they too will be activated at some point before death.

:rolleyes::oops:

Talk about destroying the Good News!!

Well let's just say, all the condemnation this system has garnered over the years, is fully warranted and appropriate.

1 Corinthians 11:7 ....

A man should not wear anything on his head when worshiping,
for man is made in God’s image and reflects God’s glory.
Great. I'm sure @Jordan will take it off before worshipping. Also, while you're gathering honey, don't forget to gathering a sense of humor.

More lies from you. Man is held responsible according to God.

Yes, we live in a world that God allowed to be the way it is because of the choices made by men, who, much
to your dismay, are called evil and wicked, among other things which you do not like because in your own
eyes, you are such a good person even as you misrepresent not only yourself, but the views of others, and twist
Scripture shamelessly, denying what it says when you are not busy contradicting what it says to claim the
opposite, while pretending you are promoter of truth defending God's character which you blaspheme.
The
sheer number of erroneous things you promote should cause any to wonder if you have even read the Bible.

You can scream against God's sovereignty and the wickedness of man all you like.

It does not change what the Bible says no matter how many times you contradict and
outright deny what is said and condemn those who promote the truth of what is written.
