Only because you're asking, I would say you are about a 3.5-4. Granted, I'm a heterosexual male, but from the objective beauty markers/identifiers, this seems more accurate than 6.5. No disrespect.

As for the AI woman you posted, it's a bit difficult as she looks clearly animated/generated. Pretending this was like that show/movie Weird Science and she will be printed in human form, I would probably give her an 8-8.5.

I don't know your personality or your resources, but all things being average, it would relatively be unrealistic to expect this type of woman to be drawn to you. I did like that you said you would prefer to be single than "settle". My guess is either time will show you were correct in preferring to be single or your standards come down several notches and you find a great woman of God. God bless and good luck brother.

I would advise setting realistic expectations. Mr. Clean is physical fit, bald, normal eyes, and has white teeth but I'm not sure he would even be considered an 8.

All you can do is just focus on improving yourself with the hand you were dealt as you mentioned.

I'm pretty sure he's out of the closet. So it's difficult for me to rate him as I don't know what gay men are looking for.

He is shilling for cleaning products that they expect mostly women to purchase. So yes, he has to seem a little bit like that. He has to come across more as a friend than a potential romantic interest, and you know how popular it is for women to have gay friends.
