Also the laying of hands is in scripture Jesus did it Timothy did it too but where does the scripture speak of satan being able to posses or even knock down a believer in Christ? and what implies it is speaking of my experience? self control is something that is practiced self control is me not letting your crude words get to me self control is responding in a mature christ like manner to any debate or argument but you take it out of context to use in this scenareo when we both know that isn;t what the scripture is saying.

yes but this scripture isn't speaking on my experience and the holy spirit didnt force me I yeilded to him and allowed him to guide me and it did edify me my faith and relationship with God vastly increased after that

No examples of a women as a bishop/pastor in the Bible.

We shouldn't rely on experience over the objectivity of Scripture.

This has probably already been covered..but you dont turn off your brain when encountering this kind of thing..you stay sober minded.. test the spirits, discern.
