Firstly..

Women preaching?

No examples of a women as a bishop/pastor in the Bible.

Secondly...

We shouldn't rely on experience over the objectivity of Scripture.

Third..

What does this lady believe about salvation and the work of the Holy Spirit?

This has probably already been covered..but you dont turn off your brain when encountering this kind of thing..you stay sober minded.. test the spirits, discern.

I was once a charismatic and a New Ager..I know what this is like.
Well I found out she isn't a pastor she is a prophetess I learned this just today
and I already stated I am not holding this over scripture but it did happen regardless and the accusations of it being of the devil are not in scripture either nowhere in there does the enemy posess or knock down a believer in Christ just it seems there is little evidence for the opposite but as for what she believes she believes Jesus died and rose from the dead she believes in the power of his blood for our sakes and the holy spirit to her is just like what you and I believe he is our helper our comforter teacher and friend

26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

27 And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

It's obvious only a couple people have experienced this within this thread

I hear that some legally blind people can still drive cars. So that is pretty cool.
Oh I would never trust myslef to drive even with my eyes getting healed the funny thing is I told God I would give up my eyes to see with his and next thing you know my eyes started getting bad to where I was almost blind it has been an eight year process getting them as good as they are now

BTW, since the Holy Spirit is doing all of the work by giving a person groanings + searching the heart + interceding this means the person is not in control and has submitted completely to God's Will.

Paul shows us this should be happening all of the time because the majority do not know what the Will of God is most of the time.

People who apply too much self control never experience the true Essence of God.

i guess I can kinda relate in a way. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia 15 years ago. In 2015, I was rediagnosed schizoaffective, which is like a lesser form of schizophrenia and last summer, I got rediagnosed bipolar, which I’d say is way better than schizo anything. It just seems like I’m continually being more and more healed as I seek God daily. My hair on my head used to be thinner and almost balding and all of a sudden, I have a good basically full head of hair with somewhat of a receding hairline…God is good.

Christian reddit forum? I didnt know there was one but I hear bad things about reddit in general tons of trolls I hear
Honestly Blain, I don’t recommend you ever going there. It is a straight up battleground, twisting scripture. Plus, people of all beliefs, religions and cults are on there, trying to manipulate anyone they can. Christian Chat is much safer but if you ever feel ready and bold, to fight for Jesus, I recommend eventually trying it out. It’s a straight up warzone,

I might take a peek but I also don't care for childish arguments especially the twisting of scripture that I will not stand for

and again there was life in it a surge of it the enemy doesn't give life
Ok, I understand what you are saying but if you are asking of my opinion, it still doesn't sit right with me.

Discernment Folks --

If you have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit ---ask for Discernment it is a GIFT of the Holy Spirit ----but you need to ASK for it ----it does not come to you automatically -----you need to pray and ASK for it ---Very important to have -----when you go into Church settings today -------

Often His healing is a process, the more we grow in Him and still filled to overflowing with Holy Spirit, the more we "ooze" Spirit to our surroundings.

Just out of curiosity here and nothing more. I would venture to guess that you have communicated with Blain in the past about other topics. My question to you would then be do you find him to be truthful and reliable? And if so, why would you not believe this experience he is discussing?
