They still have constitutional rights under the fifth amendment. If you deport them without a fair hearing you're violating the Constitution and have made yourself an into a domestic enemy of the Constitution of the United States of america.

You and others might not like the Constitution however your distaste for it does not give you the right to violate it.
I did not realize the US constitution applies to non citizens.

And that is why Moses fled? OK, thanks for sharing.
I don't see how that has any bearing really. Moses is not a murderer, Moses never killed anyone that was innocent. Moses sin was not a sin unto death, but it was he did not give glory to God because the people provoked him in the wilderness to give them water from a rock. For this Moses paid his punishment which was that he would not be allowed to enter the Promised Land.

Everyone deserves to die. There is no sin that isn't unto death unless you get saved. So every person comes into the world condemned and under the wrath of God. It is only His grace and mercy that refrains our being consumed.
I know that many groups try to make this claim to sound wise, but really they're unlearned. They are incorrect, not all sins are the same, there are sins unto death and there are sins that are not unto death. The Bible is very clear about this in both the OT and the NT. Yes, you can be forgiven though of either a sin not unto death or a sin unto death, but you have to repent, and if you're truly repentful you're not going to be doing, excusing, or defending those things. It's a war, there's two kingdoms, you can only fight for one and defend one.

She's right. Non-citizens have most constitutionally protected rights. Her post, though, suggesting others don't like the Constitution is laughable. She has already come out in favor of abortion. So much for LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

I'm not a group, nor am I wrong. Anyone who commits the least offense is guilty of the entire law.
So while there may well be differing degrees of punishment in hell, any sin merits hell.

I'm not talking about hell or the punishments in hell. At this point we'll just go in circles, so I'm just going to believe John because he says there is a sin unto death and sin not unto death, and I'm going to believe Moses because God pretty thoroughly explained to Moses the nature of sin. I am going to believe Elijah the prophet who did not make excuses or try to defend Jezebel but said rightly that she was an evil whore and she will be thrown down. Since there's only two kingdoms and you can only pick one side, that's the side I'm choosing and I am not surprised if Jezebel's soldiers come out of the woodwork to defend her, though it be in vain that they defend her.

Wow. Jezebel's soldiers. I'll share again Matthew 9:10-13. Go and learn what that means.

Wouldn't you know that the NT says that Jesus is the leader of our army and that he kills Jezebel and all her soldiers. That's why it's vain for them to defend Jezebel and try to make excuses for her ways instead of heeding Jesus' call to repentance.

Jesus is indeed the Captain of the Lord's army, but He called upon you to love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for those who despitefully use and persecute you...Matthew 5:44.

Jesus didn't call for the righteous to repent, but for the sinners to repent. This is where many in the modern times go very wrong, they want the righteous to repent of believing what God says. That's their first feeble and futile defense really for the wicked. It's kinda cliche really and very telling of where this society is heading.

I didn't say anything about repentance. I merely shared how Christians in Jesus' words are called to behave. Why do you resist the Lord?

I don't think you read those verses too closely then.

If you missed the point, let me make it clear:
Its only "too late" after the mother enters the abortion clinic.
Unborn human beings/children (you would call them "fetuses") go in, but they never come out alive.

"I draw your attention to the fact that I have actually been born alive and not aborted beforehand.
Evidently, the insidious influence of the Progressive Leftist eugenicists was not effective in my case. "

Sure I have. You want people to come to judgment. God desires you to be merciful.
If you had read them then you would see pretty easily what I am saying. As for judgment, I wonder if I should be flattered that you think I am the judge? Alas no though, the judgment is God's, I just don't deny what he judges nor attempt to defend the wicked that he has judged to be wicked. God's judgment is true and his judgment is good.

Looks like top level Democrats' burner phones have been on fire lately.
Did they see the latest polling data? Thats gotta be what started it.

Past judgment is one thing. Future judgment allows opportunity for mercy and grace. This should be your desire and purpose.
The Judge of all the earth will always do that which is right. Trust me when I say I haven't mistaken you for Him.
