Do you believe that God forced Adam to sin?

That would be logical, if Calvinism was true.
No God doesnt need to force anyone. This is about one needs to be saved, regenerated, prior to believing in Christ. Also if you reject calvinism, TULIP Truths, you reject the Gospel and call it calvinism

No I havent changed. I may have expanded, but not changed. A Person must be saved by grace before they can believe.
Dead people need to be made alive to respond. But live people need to hear the gospel to believe. 1 Peter 1:23...being born again...through...the word of God.

The passage has a context. The entire passage needs to be taken into account. Ripping one verse out of context and loading it with doctrine is a sure fire way to get it wrong.

Saved people are saved through the relationship they have with God, they have put their love and trust in the Father's ways and all the Father is. It is like a good relationship with a good, loving earthly Father.

A good earthly Father does his best to lead a child into a good life, so does a heavenly Father. It is the love shared between the two that counts, not the amount of obedience the son has to these Fathers. But the relationship still is influenced by the actions and beliefs they both have.

Our heavenly Father does not want his children to follow false fathers. It makes me wonder about the way our people look to the stars for guidance, all newspapers have something about star signs to follow. Can we put our love and trust completely in our heavenly Father, and look to those articles for love and guidance, also?

Yes I am, it may not be good news to you. A Person must be saved before they can call upon the Name of the Lord.
I do not believe that you wrote the line below.

A Person must be saved before they can call upon the Name of the Lord.

That is a contradiction of Romans 10:13
For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

You are literally saying, a person was eternally saved, then they called on the name of the Lord to be saved.

What a mysterious way of reading and understanding the scripture.

Yes I posted it. If a person isn't already saved, they can never call upon the Name of the Lord, because they are dead to God and at enmity against Him.

What you are telling me is that you are a stranger to the Truth about these matters friend.

Oh no, its the right order, too bad you cant see it.
The scriptures CLEARLY teach that you're absolutely not saved 1st. Not possible..
1. Belief and faith
2. Confession of your belief
4. Repentance
4. Baptism

You do the above and THEN you'll be saved. Not before and not by doing anything else

The scripture teaches the opposite. Only a saved person can and will believe, repent, or do any evangelical obedience.

Acts 16:30 - And he brought them out and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 So they said, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household." Not hard to understand. Just hard for many people to accept.

I appreciate you taking the time to share. We seem to see things a little differently but I wish you the best. Grace and peace.

Paul told him right.

You guys are talking about a subject called ordo salutis, the order of salvation. It's been debated for about 2,000 years now. I don't think that you two are going to figure it out so y'all might as well shake hands and keep studying

Oh and while you're at it cut out the personal attacks. It makes you both sound stupid.

As a side note stupidity is not a matter of intellect as a matter of morality.
So do not kick morality to the side in order to hurl stupid words at each other
