No, God cannot sin. He cannot create evil for example, He cannot bring forth sin, He cannot tempt nor be tempted:God created all that is. Satan is one of His creations.
James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
Also, Satan is not "very good". So God created a good serpent and He saw it was very good:
Genesis 1:31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
It was only later, when the serpent begat sin, out of his own lusts, that Satan was created, by his own lusts, not God.
