You have to choose, we all get raised for JESUS to Reign for a thousand years at the end or only those still alive get to enter it.
The resurrected dead, the living who are changed and the mortal nations of the world enter into the thousand years.
We are currently at the opening of this Door:

Doesn't this mean the Judging would begin immediately?

Every eye will see JESUS on His Return?
Yes. The judging of the 12 tribes of Israel happens immediately and continues for a thousand years.

You realize that all these Kingdom Promises you demand for this 1000 years will only be for these lucky people? What are they reigning over if everyone knows there is a GOD?

The saints will reign over the unsaved. Knowing there is a God doesn't affect that in slightest.

You are confusing "the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our being gathered together to Him" with the Final Return. This was talking about The Coming of JESUS' Reign with Judgment. The Return is the Final Judgment. The Seven Seals have already started to be loosed ...if not all.
You skip the next Verse, do you really think he was talking to us 2000 years later?:
Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you these things?
