God deals with them after the Rapture. That is why the Wheat grows until the very end with the Wicked Tares. That is who the 144,000 are on the mount in Rev. 14 (The Harvest Chapter) which shows us three Harvests. Jesus gathers the Wheat (Jews) into the barn, they will be 3-5 million according to Zechariah 13:8-9 (1/3 of all the Jews). We see the Wicked Tares in Rev. 14:17-20, they are placed into the Winepress of God's Wrath (he slays the wicked) and bundled into the grave to be burned in 1000 years at the Second Death.
And, we have a 3rd Harvest, in a FLASHBACK, we see Jesus on a cloud Rapture his bride to Heaven in Rev. 14:14. Thus Israel is not one with the Christian Bride in that most of her converts will be ALIVE and thus when Jesus returns he sets up his Kingdom on earth in Jerusalem with a LIVE HUMAN Nation. This is why Israel is still called out and still separated, even though both the Bride of Jesus and the Bride of God (Israel) must come to Salvation by FAITH ALONE. One is God's Bride and one is Jesus' bride. We are not going to live on earth with Jesus for the 1000 years, Rev. 20:4 specifically says that ONLY those who refused the Mark of the Beast [during the 70th week of course) are going to live and reign on earth with Jesus. This means the Raptured bride will return with Jesus but we go back to Heaven and do whatever to is we are called to do with our talents.

But look at who Jesus was addressing here 7

It seems he is stripping the Levitical Priesthood of its mandate.
Jesus is passing the priesthood from one group - the Levites - to another group - the House of Judah

The Jews rejected the chief corner stone (Jesus Christ) and the kingdom has been taken from National Israel of the flesh, and given to Israel the Church, that received the chief corner stone, that is bearing the fruits
