Grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began. But wait..,we weren’t in Christ then. DOESNT MATTER because that’s not what Paul is saying.

Please see the use of “ in Christ” in Ephesians 3:11.
Ok so what IS Paul saying then ?

Sorry, I do not understand. Does Satan believe the Gospel to be true?
It sounds hyperthetical . Does it say he believes the Gospel for his sins. That he believes from the heart that Jesus died for his sins ?

You say ///Grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began.// which is quite remarkable to say the least . Ok so was this also in the mind of God ? And how was it given to us , this grace ? before we existed ?

Even if it’s not a chronological order, it’s the same conclusion. Predestination is based on foreknowledge. Calling results in justification. And the end result is glorification.

It’s put in the order it’s in for a reason. Paul is not a haphazard writer.
I'm still waiting for what Paul is saying in Romans 8 , his whole point . I agree he's not hap hazard. So in light of what you believe about verse 29 and 30 whats his point then ? I don't mean just that one verse ,but his whole point and emphasis of his point leading up to that verse and the following verses ?

You do not get to have your wendy’s

the verse says the penalty of sin is death. It does not say the penalty of Adams sin is death

thus There is no argument, unless you are trying to force your belief on scripture
Genesis 15 Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate it and tend it. 16 The Lord God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not [o]eat, for on the day that you eat from it you will certainly die.”

Adam did eat of the fruit, did he die physically? no
So it has to be spiritiually unless .....God (who is immutable) changed his mind??

Yes, does Satan know that Jesus died for the sins of those that know that?

I agree with most of that, (except I would say that the blood and His death were both part of the propitiation, for He needed to taste death for every man.) But the resurrection demonstrated the acceptance by the Father of His sacrifice, and also we have Jesus’ present ministry as Advocate and High Priest.
I'd say we have a difference of opinion much like the question "how many angels fit on the head of a pin".

Again you seem to be implying that Satan believes the Gospel. I'm asking for the verse that says he does believe in Jesus ,death burial and resurrection for the forgiveness of his sins . That he believes from the heart for the forgiveness of his sins ?

Adam's death came about 900 years later, if he did not sin, he would have lived eternally - like we will live eternally in the new heaven and earth.

Also the giving of the Holy spirit is dependant on the death , the burial, the resurrection , ascension of Jesus. Then we need an apostle to the gentiles ect .

I do think that Satan knows and believes the Gospel to be the truth. I do however think he does not make Lord Jesus / Yeshua his Lord and Saviour. What do you think?

The “in Christ” in these passages is not talking about us. It is telling us something about the verb, the action performed by God. In Ephesians 1:3-4; Ephesians 3:11, and 2 Timothy 1:9, it is not talking about our position, but rather it is saying something about the verbs.

Blessed (us) in Christ

Chose (us) in Christ

Purposed in Christ

Given in Christ

It’s all about Jesus, not us, baby.

Well we can believe what we want. But Its safer to base this on the bible and not what we think may or may not be the case .

I agree its all about Jesus. but this grace that was given to us ,what was it in light of 2 tim 1.9
8¶Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;
9Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
10But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
You hopefully should see how this fits my view in light of verse 10 .

Based on God's word, do you deduct that Satan knows and believes the Gospel to be the truth or not?

Revelation 12 (ESV)

12 Therefore, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them! But woe to you, O earth and sea, for the devil has come down to you in great wrath, because he knows that his time is short!"

It was given in eternity (predestinated) Verse 9 and realized/ actuated in time. (salvation) verse 10.

Fits my view as well.

Satan knows the everything that is past.......he does not know the future'
He knows he is defeated. He knows he is bound from deceiving the 'nations' so that the gospel is not 'snatched away' from those God give the ears to hear.

Luke 8:11-12 “Now this is the parable: the seed is the word of God. 12 And those beside the road are the ones who have heard, then the devil comes and takes away the word from their heart, so that they will not believe and be saved.

Remember you've got actual grace given to you before you existed , before Adam, before the fall , before the law , before God the Son became a baby, before his ministry as messiah, before his death burial and resurrection and before the giving of the Holy Spirit. Before the Gospel of grace is preached, before your parents were born , before you were born , before you heard the gospel, before you were saved by GRACE through FAITH , before you recieved Jesus , before you were in him , recieved the Holy Spirit, baptised into the body of christ ect ect ?????
Really? Let's see
Eph 2
11¶Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Yes we know from the scriptures that he knows his time is short. Beyond that what else?
