You are confused. Jacob, as Israel is the invisible church of all of the elect, from every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation.
I realise that all , world, elect, Israel, covid 19 really means ' every kindred , and tongue , people and nation, to a calvinst .
You are still ignoring that Jacob's name is Israel, which is the invisible church made up of every nation. Rom 9:6, For they are not all Israel that are of Israel.
You have also been addressed on this issue numerous times, and it still holds true that Jacob, as Israel, is the church of the elect.
In Christ, and predetermined to be included in the adoption price that was paid by Christ on the cross, and made to be holy, and without blame.
Come on now, this is tin hat stuff here . Israel are Gods firstborn. They are his elect. The elect that are not currently believing. Which shows that Augustines version of ' elect ' is false.

Whether it be Calvinism, I do not know, as I have never read his writings. Scripture proves scripture, and they are my only source of reference. You might try that once in a while.
I speak to calvinsts all the time and your lingo is exactly word for word the same . You just need to quote some reformed theologians for the full house.
Come on . What happened ..You didn't start off believing this Lordship / legalistic philosophy, when did you start to fall into it . I was drawn into it through letting my guard down, watching to many debates on YouTube and started listening to the likes of vodie baucham , , Greg Bahnsen, James White ect .
Chosen and elect are the same. The elect were chosen by God, before the foundation of the world, and the elect are the only ones that God regenerates, after they have been born into this world. The second coming of Jesus to gather his elect from the four winds of the earth will be right after the last one of his elect has been regenerated.
What are you going to do with the verse that says "For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel"?
