Cross, so you are sharing that the 'saved' CAN and DO 'go back to their carnality'!!!
and this is exactly what COR. says...
I'm saying that the 'saved' can act in carnal ways but not lose their 'born-againness'. The Corinthians were good examples of this.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. John, 1:1-3

Jesus is God.

I and my father are one. John 10:30

Jesus is God.

If you have known me, you should have known my Father also; and from henceforth you know him, and have seen him. John 14:7

Jesus is God.
God is not a man.

Yes, Jesus and the father made one team made of two . Called, the peace of God. A team that together they working in perfect humility and mutual submission surpass our human understanding.

The Son of man who had his own will of the flesh, the temporal as a apostle and prophet . He did not do his own will but performed the will of the father that worked in Jesus to both will and do the good pleasure of God not seen . Jesus believed the father without murrurrring .

The one time demonstration is over. We no longer know the Son of man by flesh and blood . we have the same spirit of faith working in us as did the Son of man Jesus.. God is not a man.

God is Eternal Spirit .God is light and God is Love.

2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.

Again we have the same earthen body of death .No power coming from the Son of man .Power given to him so that he could do the will of the father.

Jesus is the born first of the brethren. Not the first father.

Yawn. Tell us something we don't know.

Where in Scripture is the "team" of "Jesus and the father" (sic) called "the peace of God"?

Jesus is the born first of the brethren. Not the first father.
If Jesus were a mere man, he would be sinful. If Jesus were sinful, he could not be the perfect sinless sacrifice, and you would still be in your sins.

Jesus is God incarnate. Jesus is Lord.

Jesus is God incarnate. Jesus is Lord.
Jesus was a man who lived in a earthen body of sin. (death) He did not do the desire of his sinful body but did do the desire of God who worked in Jesus to both will and do the do pleasure of God. God is not a man. The Son of man had corrupted earthen body.

Jesus as the Son of man he no power to rebuke the spirit of error (Satan) who also has no earthen body .

Did you try mixing faith the eternal not seen with the things seen the temporal? (2 Corinthians 4:18)

If not the meaning of the parables as prophecy cannot be found . The historical is there for those who do walk after the flesh the things seen .

The A team that could be called the greatest Dynamic Duo of all time is hidden in parables. .It establishes the government of their peace. Search for its understanding as silver or gold.

Romans 8:16,17 also tells genuine Christians that the Holy Spirit bears witness with their spirits that they are children of God. And much more.

The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

So where is the problem? We do not need to create problems where none exist.
“the spirit bears witness that we are the children “

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
‭‭John‬ ‭6:63‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭23:9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭12:32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭11:2‬ ‭

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:19-20‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.”

Jesus' body was sinful? Really. Prove it with Scripture.

my kind of believer ..... if only we would all try to understand what’s really there instead of explaining how what’s there doesn’t apply we could see the church flourish

Only God can prove his scripture. We can plant and water the incorruptible seed. He gives us his understanding as the peace that surpasses our own. Faith as it is written not seen, comes from the faith of one God, our Good Master . Call no man on earth. Good Master.

Did you try mixing faith? (2 Corithiansn4:18)

Philippians 4:7 [Full Chapter] And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

he’s asking for you to show scripture that says the things you are saying . As an observer you continue to go on a circle because there are no scriptures which say that .

I think I sort of grasp what your attempting to say “ Jesus was born fully a man , he was indeed tempted to sin that’s very true .

it’s not as if Jesus wasn’t tempted he was and overcame the temptation that’s super clear in scripture . The point however is that God was manifest in the form of his only begotten Son.

God is not a man , he became a man lived and died as one of us , experienced our struggles and temptations overcame and then he returned to the glory of God which he had before the world ever was.

jesus is the full expression of God in this World. The Old Testament never really saw who God is Christ manifest him to the world , he was hidden beforehand until his appointed time to cone from heaven to earth . Your not grasping who Jesus actually is

Again, garee, the phrase "the body of sin" (Rom6:6) is not a reference to a man's/person's "physical body".

In fact, I believe the phrase is actually, "the body of the sin" - https://biblehub.com/text/romans/6-6.htm

[not referring to a "physical body" here! This mis-step of yours is leading you off in the wrong direction... ;) ]

So you can make up whatever ridiculous hogwash you like, call it "the hidden gospel understanding", and claim that it's actually there if you "mix faith"? Then you say "Only God can prove his scripture"?

Dude, that's just nutty.

I'm not asking you to prove Scripture. I'm asking you to prove YOUR ASSERTIONS about Scripture with evidence FROM Scripture. There is a massive difference.

Just nutty, Professor ? Nothing plain ?

So then it would seem you are not interested in finding the hidden gospel understanding hid in parable (scripture) or called hidden manna? Are parables scripture or fictional stories ? And therefore in the end without fictional stories Christ spoke not?

Garee, if you want to invent stories and call them "the hidden gospel understanding", you go right ahead. I'll stick with the words of Scripture.

Obey Jesus and he will do just as you ask.

“If you love me, you will keep my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of truth, which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows it. But you know it, because it remains with you, and will be in you (John 14:15-17)."
This scripture actually specifies that the Spirit is a he not an it. Jesus' statement indicates that the disciples know him. He is who dwelleth with them and will later be in them.

"Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you."

Matthew 7:21-24, below, makes it clear that some people who think they are known of the Lord are in fact wrong. The bible provides numerous examples of what one can expect upon receiving the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2, 8, 10, 19)

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:"

.

God is the father and the son and the Holy Spirit they are one The lord is the spirit

“But their minds were blinded: for until this day remaineth the same veil untaken away in the reading of the old testament;

which veil is done away in Christ. But even unto this day, when Moses is read, the veil is upon their heart.

Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3:14-18‬ ‭KJV‬‬

anytime the Holy Spirit is present there is father and son also

“At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14:20-21, 23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28:19-20‬ ‭

God is a spirit the father , to save us the word became flesh God became one of us , and he laid down his mortal life as a man for us as an atonement , now he is glorified in his son Jesus Christ forever , Jesus is God unveiled and made known to the world in the gospel . His spirit is one his body is one , and believers in him are one by his spirit in us

if Jesus is there so is the father , if the father is there so is Jesus ,they are one . if the spirit is here so is our God and his name manifest to the earth

“And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.”
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:8-13‬ ‭KJV‬‬
