Pretty sure trees aren’t focusing on producing fruit same as we don’t focus our abilities on the necessary bodily arrangements so offspring come. A women doesn’t give a single thought to getting an ova ready and no man has to remember to produce sperm. We focus on nourishing the body and those parts that prepare for reproduction do so without any effort to make all ready.

But I will refrain from being as personally insulting as you are as I know God reads the posts we write and not merely sees the ones Jesus wrote.
Not sure why you are going off on a different tangent
The fact remains.....
A fruit tree is biologically set up to bear fruit.
Fruit on a tree is completely in a receiving position.

Fruit is reproduction for the tree. We know from our own reproduction that it requires no effort at all on our part to produce that seed. Ergo we can surmise trees expand no effort to produce fruit.

Fruit in a christians life doesn’t come by focusing on fruit. It comes by getting nourishment from the vine. No one has joy by saying 100 times, “I have joy.” (Except maybe to laugh at the silliness of the endeavor.)

Fruit receives the nourishment from the vine or tree so you are correct. That’s all it needs to do to ripen. You have stated it well.

oh, they are hungry EG. I fed raccoons with the feral cats that we’re in the neighborhood. Believe it or not, they make good pets. Are very humorous to watch.

Lol...that post does sound more like you Decon. Not sure why I thought it was EG.

The cats and coons that I fed all ate together.

I would like a cheerleading outfit for our team. Preferably in the same color as Elijahs feet which represents totally His work, (not Elijahs). Second color white. Bulldog mascot!

In his head the Bible tells him the God loves him because he is dirty and at fault.
Something is amiss with the above statement. His Gospel understanding seems to be shaky. I also am not certain what you mean by this. How did he conclude this? Who taught him these things?
Sorry need to clarify the above.

In his head the Bible tells him that God loves him but he finds that hard to believe because he feels dirty and at fault of happened to him.

I can relate to his story....Bless his heart,I will pray for him Bro....

John Gill is not going to be much help to this man.

He knows to know that what happened to him was not his fault but beyond that take him to scripture that affirms he is completely forgiven in Christ.

He needs that conviction and to be persuaded that it is true.

He is on the flip side of self-righteousness he is holding on to guilt which is still "self" ......he needs to let that go, but it is just as hard as laying down one's self-righteousness for some.

Perhaps you can help him see that. :)

Psalms 91: 14. Amplified

Because he has set his love on Me, Therefore will I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My Name (has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness- trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never).

But obviously you cannot find a post where I judged others.

Is this akin to you saying you don’t judge other’s souls the called my soul caustic?
You not only twist words but you do not have reading comprehension. I plainly said "your posts" and no I'm not going to attach all your posts. You go find them.

And you as well didn't read my last post or you would not have said I "called your soul caustic". This response to me is absolutely point on for your twisting people's posts to fit your agenda. Carry on Dottie.

St. just judged my soul which Dan could testify was not true.

The Catholic Inquisition had pretty much that attitude. Glad this site is anonymous.

Again you twist my words to suit your agenda. I never "judged" your soul. You have taken my post out of context, changed the meaning of my words to suit your "offensive tone" so you continue to prove my point.

We don't judge the person's soul for that is up to God to do. However, we do and should judge the actions of a person, the words of a person, and most definitely the doctrine/preaching/leadership of any person on spiritual matters. There are false teachers, leaders, preachers and absolutely FALSE DOCTRINE.
And once again if one reads Dottie's response to this, she has taken my words out of context, rearranged them to support her "being offended" by what I said. Her words are divisive to this thread.

Well If God reads posts as Dottie says, I sure hope He reads hers and not just ours. Perhaps then He understands our responses to her.

Sometimes it’s better just to ignore and not give them an audience

The Catholic Inquisition was often unyielding to The Truth................. can you not see the "irony" that you use them as a point of reference.

I sure do!
