That is not unusual to happen on CC.
Why can you not with hold judgement ... why so quick to form an opinion, not all the facts are in, that tape is only one angle and very short and not the full story.

Lol look at the time stamps on this topic on the first page. I withheld judgement longer than you yourself. As I said to the Truth guy previously, I had seen the video and this topic when it was first posted, but refrained from commenting because of the usual mob.

Doesn't matter what our opinions are anyways. It will be battled out in the court of law. The jury will decide. Let the people decide. The jury is technically our voice.

It means the voice of the public, especially a wicked public, is capable of great injustices. Just because the public wants the lie to be true doesn't make it so, what actually happened and can be seen to happen is the truth. Look no further than the Bible for numerous examples.

Listen JeremiahsCup lol... the problem is people like you who have made up their mind.. nearly impossible to find an impartial jury because of the media and the country is so divided.

They all ready ruled on it, the evidence is apparent that the initial ruling was correct. The bringing up of this case again is very nakedly a contrived lie based on lies.

Just watch the video, it's like 45 seconds long, that's all there is to it. Fact, assault is a crime. Fact, self-defense is legal. Fact, the assailant is the black guy and he wasn't an innocent jogger. Fact, the black guy puts up a decent fight, not so much trying to glorify the criminal and his actions, but it's not like he was an unreasonable threat. It's breathtakingly clear cut self defense

Yea the judge's initial ruling was correct and based on the evidence. Now the forces of the lie want to re-open the case based on lies, even pretty ridiculous lies. Again them reopening this just because they hate white people and casting the initial judge the way they did is a massive shame and disgrace to the legal system.

If I believe in the lies and false accusations that the children of Babylon love to make these days of racism, sexism, and every other -ism which are essentially crimes of opinions and emotions, while they themselves have committed the darkest deeds of fornications and abominations and uphold as a shield the wicked's every hand, then I would be living in the kingdom of the lie frankly.

Where? Because despite that if a judge dismisses a prosecution at a preliminary hearing for lack of evidence, this determination does not bar the government from initiating new charges for the same offense, since jeopardy will not have attached at that point.

They ruled it as it would be set against a Grand Jury but due to covid 19 it would be next month.

They attacked the judge, as you can see early on in this topic, as a means to hold another trial, even though the video which is the evidence shows self defense. The video shows the judge really was very poorly maligned all based on lies and that his ruling is not so outlandish.
